Lesson #1.
This is the first in a series of lessons to help individuals and
groups run the gambit of obstacles and traps which one faces as one
travels the spiritual path of life. Tough Love -1. “Tough
Love” is a concept in the recovery business and the human personal
development business which means simply, if you truly love a person,
then you must stop enabling (allowing or helping) them to continue
doing the wrong things, in and with their lives; remembering, one
life impacts another.
This is a
story about a woman who has a young man (over twenty-one years old)
living with her and not working. He cannot find a job. The lady
allows another relative in the house; a young man like the first,
but with a job.
The
second young man is paying a small fee for living there, but it is
not nearly what he would pay at an “extended stay” motel. But he
follows right in with the first fellow: not keeping the driveway
clean, not doing odd jobs around the house (the famed “honey-do”
list), nor bringing groceries in (expected or not).
This
quickly became too much for the lady who continued to struggle to
pay her bills, though she had two grown men living with her. Not
only were they not giving her enough money to meet her bills, but
her utilities increased because they were living there. She asked
the second man to leave. He became angry. She was already angry, so
when she confronted him about leaving, she came with harsh words.
She could not hear her negativity in her voice, but he heard it
loudly and clearly.
In
retaliation for her negativity and his having to leave; he becomes
bitter and obstinate towards her (this is not of Christ). He then
approaches me to agree with his negativity. Here lies the “rub”
(where the metal hits the road) for those most people. Most people
when others want them to agree with them—DO agree. This is a trap,
because if you agree—you then agree with his situation and what and
how he is doing it and you become an accessory to the action, which
you know is wrong. You know it is negative, but you do not point it
out or bring God’s Righteous Judgment into the picture. Most of the
time, evil or negative forces have people so tired at the end of the
day, they will agree to most anything. They are so tired that they
cannot and do not want to deal with another negative thing. (You can
see this acted out in a family as the last child born does not get
the attention that the children before them did. The parents are
tired.)
This
woman may have been using “tough love” but she was surely “fed up,”
tired of being taken advantage of. The young man comes to me saying,
“I am being kicked out.” He wants me to call around to places to
check prices. He doesn’t want to use “her” phone because of his
bitterness. If I let him use my phone then I am supporting his
bitterness towards her. I check two places before I realize that am
enabling him in his negative lifestyle. I moved towards “correction”
because the Holy Spirit opened my “understanding” of the situation.
I let the
young man know that he was moving in “irresponsibility.” He was
asking me to do his job: find the cost of his accommodations (when
he had been riding by the locations I was calling for three days
before he asked me to call). He could have easily stopped to ask at
the locations, but he was asking me to do what he should be doing.
If I do it, then I enable his behavior of irresponsibility.
I tell
him about it. Then I tell him, that if I was his landlord that he
and his roommate would have to hit the road, because neither were
being responsible in that situation. A dishwasher job is easy to
find, so not being able to find a job is a lie (even for felons).
Neither fellow was paying enough compensation for their
accommodations; and it seems neither did it matter to them. He was
being irresponsible and he needed to realize it and let her know
that he realized it and apologize for it and let her know that he
would do better from now on. The Holy Spirit let me know that if he
did this, the situation would resolve positively.
This
didn’t happen. So instead of Black people in the same family living
together and sharing their money among themselves; they break up and
give their money to parties outside of their family. Now isn’t that
the work of satan? Have a blessed day!

rophesy #1.
Coming Age of Christ. Let me fist say that I do not believe
Jesus, who is the CHRIST, is going to come back any time soon
because the Church is not ready to receive Him. The Church as a
Bride for Christ is not ready. You will hear the enemy say, “Chrsit
is about to come because television can reach the world and that is
how everyone can see Him at one time. The fallacy is: in the
backwoods, in the tribal areas of the world, in the places of the
world that doesn’t have televison, the people there cannot see Him
on it.
The long and short of Jesus coming back is this: 1) Jesus didn’t
know when the end was coming, and 2) many prophecies point the way
to the Return of Christ. Has it ever occurred to you that Jesus,
Himself did not know and did not focus His attention on that event,
but focused on the events in His daily life and the daily lives of
those who were suffering around Him and those who allowed the
suffering to continue. Some will say, the people studying the
prophesies for His Coming have been doing it longer than I have.
Yes, sure, I say. Also, note that the demons have been studying the
prophesies for His coming for longer also. Note also, the Holy
Spirit will teach you all things.
Okay here it is: This is not prophesy. This is my receiving what I
have been looking for and searching for, for years—the physical
evidence for the coming of the AGE of CHRIST. During this Age of
Christ, Jesus, who is the Christ can come during this Season, but
the Bride must be ready to receive Him.
How many disciples did Jesus have? Twelve. (12) When Jesus walked
the earth and people recognized Him as Messiah, when He and His
Disciples came into town how many people were in his party?
Thirteen. (13) So, thirteen is not an unlucky number for Christians;
it is a great number—the ANTI-CHRIST, the enemies of God and man
would have you believe it is unlucky.
Many civilizations including, but not limited to the Mayans have
predicted, prophesied, or is expecting the new millennium—a new age.
This new age coming is a spiritual event—a global, a universal
event. Do some research.
Remember, the spiritual and the physical are connected. Really you
ask? You have a body (physical) and a soul (spirit) intertwined
together from birth and released from one another at death. Yes,
really. The circle is representative of God above and man below; the
Spiritual and the earthly. For every spiritual event there will be a
physical event. Check it out and see. It is true. Check it out.
So, supposedly there is a new age coming—that is a spiritual event.
Then I am now looking for the physical evidence for the spiritual
event. (Or you can look for the spiritual evidence for a physical
event. Either way works.) Then I hear that scientists around the
world have agreed that the “wobble” of the earth will stop in five
years. The earth rotates around the sun. It spins about 1,500 miles
per hour on its axis. And the earth wobbles. This wobble will stop
and we hope and suppose that it will start again so after stopping.
Who knows? God knows.
Here is the kicker. The scientists have empirical evidence for this
wobble and this wobble stopping. The last time it stopped was:
13,000 years ago. There is that number again: 13. (Note: it is 13
with a group of numbers behind it—global.)
Now if there is prophesy in this, here it is: When the earth stops
to wobble, I suppose it will be like water in a roasting pan filled
to the brim. Rock it gently until the water is just about to go over
the top, then stop the pan from rocking. Note that one side of the
pan will have water overflow its sides. This is what I believe is
going to happen to the earth on that sides of the earth where the
water will slosh out will be devastated inland for a few miles, but
only on one side of the pan (oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, any large
body of liquid). This is revelation, not a tactic to spread fear or
panic. Pray about it. The Holy Spirit will teach you all things.
The disasters caused by this devastation will have people saying
this is Armageddon or the Tribulation; it is not. They will say it
is the end of the world; it is not. It is the earth moaning as it
births the AGE of CHRIST. This physical earth wobble stopping is the
physical evidence for the coming of the new age.
The date for this occurrence is: December 21, 2012,
a winter equinox. Do a Google
search for this date to see what comes up. Okay, do some research

and his heart was not loyal to the LORD his God, as was the heart of
his father David.”

rophesy #2.Divided Heart.
The LORD just revealed this to me. I have just received the missing
piece of the puzzle. This is a spiritual “MODEL.” A model is a
pattern of events, words, or circumstances that exhibit themselves
in the Bible which have specific spiritual and physical outcomes.
They are important because they are TIMELESS. Remember, God is a
jealous god; one of His names is Jealous. (Exodus 34:14)
King Solomon had approximately seven hundred (700) wives and three
hundred (300) concubines. Don’t you know there were a lot of
children born? Every one of his women wanted to have a child by him.
You may laugh now, but they didn’t laugh later after Solomon’s death
when the children wanted the kingdom.
Let’s move on. For one Egyptian princess,
he built a temple for her to worship her god. Solomon eventually
began worshipping her god; not only her god, but in time as
complaints rolled in from the other wives, he submitted to their
desires to worship their gods to please them and to quiet them. (Don’t
make that mistake.)
The king mentioned in this scripture is
King Josiah; note what Solomon had done. “Then the king defiled
the high places that were east of Jerusalem, which were on
the south of the Mount of Corruption, which Solomon king of Israel
had built for Ashtoreth the abomination of the Sidonians, for
Chemosh the abomination of the Moabites, and for Milcom the
abomination of the people of Ammon.” 2 Kings 23:13 (NKJ)
Now this is the passage where he did it.
1 Kings 11:8 – “And he did likewise for all his foreign wives,
who burned incense and sacrificed to their gods.”
“So the LORD became angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned
from the LORD God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice, and had
commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after
other gods; but he did not keep what the LORD had commanded.” 1
Kings 11:9
This is what the LORD, among other things,
had commanded: “You shall not intermarry
with them, nor they with you. For surely they will turn away your
hearts after their gods. Solomon clung to these
(Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Sidonians, and Hittites) in
love.” 1 Kings 11:2 And that is just what happened. Solomon’s
heart was turned away from the Lord; his heart was DIVIDED between
his love for the LORD and his other loves.
A DIVIDED HEART (divided by idolatry and
other issues of the flesh) gets you a DIVIDED KINGDOM (division in
the ranks). The LORD allowed me to see this as I studied these
passages. I knew Solomon was involved in idolatry as I know America
is involved also today.
Imagine with me now. A “knock, knock,
knock” at King Solomon’s door. It is the court prophet with a
message from God: “Therefore the LORD said to Solomon, “Because
you have done this, and have not kept My covenant and My statutes,
which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from
you and give it to your servant, nevertheless I will not do it in
your days, for the sake of your father David; but I will tear it out
of the hand of your son.” 1 Kings 11:11-12
To be brief, King Solomon’s heart became
divided because of the choices he made. He did not keep God’s
Covenant or His Statues. He was engaged in idolatry. God allowed
Solomon to live, but when he died his heirs fought over the Kingdom
from the now divided kingdom: Israel in the North and Judah in the
south. They fought and killed one another like it is difficult for
me to imagine.
In time, the northern kingdom was captured
by the Assyrians and scattered to the wind. The southern kingdom was
captured by the Babylonians with many Israelites being taken captive
to Babylon. Two Hebrew Diaspora.
Whew, okay, now let me bring it all home.
Christians are the new Hebrews; the new “Chosen of God” (not
saying Hebrews are not chosen (that is another lesson)); due to
their faith in the Son of God and therefore Heirship. Solomon
represents Heirship, represents Israel, the Chosen of God. Bringing
it to the living room: Christians are the new Heirs (let’s say)
and as such have Heirship responsibilities. As new heirs if we do
not do these two things we are in trouble: Keep the Covenant (Ten
Commandments) (Exodus 20) and the Statues (Jesus’
Commandments (At least one and two)) (Matthew 22:37).
Christian Americans have fallen into idolatry, hedonism, necromancy,
pornography, immorality, greed, avarice, evil ways. Not all, but
many who profess to be Christian, but are truly not – not in action,
but in name only.
God will move on this group (in this
case a country, USA) as it did against Israel and Solomon. I
never could figure out the “model” of the divided heart because this
model requires two kingdoms splitting from one or two armies from
the initial kingdom. I tried to apply the “model” to the Civil War
in America. It did not work. This is now so in America. Or rather in
old Babylon, in Iraq – there are 190,000 contracted soldiers in a
private army helping soldiers in the US army do there job. Or are
they? What is going to happen when there is no more war?
Now the stage is set. US Defense
Contractors now have an army at their disposal – actually, anyone
does here in the USA or abroad who has the money to purchase their
services. Now there is a private army which is as well armed as the
US Army and maybe better armed—with access to military logistics. So now the divided heart (the heart of a nation)
can bring the divided kingdom (a nation divided in warfare)
against itself. Watch this model as it unfolds.
If it couldn’t get in your face any bigger
than this, let me tell you… the demons are bold. They are in your
face and you do not see them. What is the name of America’s most
favorite television (tell a lie through vision) show?
AMERICAN IDOL. There is more to this. Enough said for now.

ear Brothers
and Sisters,
greetings once again from Nepal. I am sending my ministry report.
Thank you so much for praying for our annual conference. We had two
programs in November. One was the seminar in Kathmandu and another
was annual conference in Central Nepal. There were around 40
believers and leaders in Kathmandu program.
We have been searching one week for gas
cylinder. Just a night before the program we got two cylinder of
gas. Praise God. Some Bibles were given to the needy believers. We,
15 people from Kathmandu and 7 from our churches in the east, went
to the annual conference. The trip was 5 hours in bus and 6 hours in
hike. We went through the River which came up to our waist. At the
last crossing, many of us were driven by the force of the River and
all our digital and video camera were fallen in the water, some lost
their money purses and others bag, but thank God camera worked out
properly. We took nearly 500 good photos and 100 video clips. I am
sending you only few of them.
People came walking long way distance with
much difficulty for the conference. Some walked one full day just to
get in conference place. People were hungry for the Word of God. We
organize first day of the conference in Church but we shifted to
open place because church could not contain all the believers even
though some set on windows. (You will see it in the photos). We made
plan for 250 people but there were more then 400 people. So we went
out of stock of rice and meat. Just one buffalo was not enough so we
purchased another one for meat and cooked 600 kgs of rice just for
two days. We made plate made of tree leaves and organized a big
event in little amount of money.
We distributed 300 blankets, 200 Bibles,
and 300 pairs of slippers. Eight pastors were ordained and added to
the Leadership Team. We will be running the ministry together
reaching and bringing more souls for our Lord Jesus Christ. Three
people received Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior and
19 believers were baptized in water. HALLELUJAH!
I have purchased two domains for our
ministry web site and it will be on Cyber soon. One site space is of
50MB so that I can put tracts, photos, videos and PDF files.
Pray for another Leadership Seminar and
the board meeting that I am planning to hold on third week of
December that the Lord will give me wisdom and show me what to
preach and teach. All my leaders will be here to talk and make plans
for 2008 and 2009.

piritual Lesson #1.
The Mystery of JESUS.
What I am about to share with you, the antichrist does not want you
to know. When Jesus became the CHRIST at birth, this ushered in the
spirit of the antichrist. The “antichrist”, an entity of powerful
spiritual significance because its focus, its main purpose is to
refute the CHRIST; not allow people to know about the Christ, get
people not to believe in the Christ, make sure people do not know
how the Christ operates, to direct and/or redirect people away from
the Christ.
The antichrist is the second in command in
the evil hierarchy, just below satan but above the beast (physical
manifestation of satan in the last days), and spiritual wickedness,
evil powers, and principalities.
Some of the spiritual traps and pirtfalls
concening the Christ and antichrist are right in front of us:
anti“Christ” not anti“Jesus.” ANTI means:
Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1)anti- a prefix
meaning “against,” “opposite of,” “antiparticle of,” used in the
formation of compound words (anticline); used freely in
combination with elements of any origin (antibody; antifreeze;
antiknock; antilepton). Also, before
a vowel, ant-.
Now think and ask yourself this question:
Why is the evil thing that is coming against Christians not called
the anti“Jesus” but the anti“Christ?” Why is the second in command
of the evil empire named the ANTICHRIST? Not ANTIJESUS? Ask the
LORD! This one is right in our faces. In our faces because the
powers of darkness think we are ignorant of this information and
believe that we have lost the battle—not so, do not think it for a
hot “New York” minute or a cold “Chicago” second or a “dirty bird”
Atlanta hour.
While this is right in front of us, some of the obstacles to
spiritual growth and end time preparation are not as easy to see.
They are more hidden. Another one to look for is “THROUGH.” Through
the Father (Christ did through the Father), through Christ (Christ
did through Jesus, Christ does through us). There is plenty of
scripture to support this. The enemy does not want you to see this
one. See it!
Here are some areas to note in your
spiritual development where the “spirit of the antichrist” is
evident:
Anti-Christ as opposed to anti-Jesus.
Little mention or focus is given to antichrist in Christian
development.
We are called Christians – not Jesusites, Jesusians or the like.
Christianity is being eliminated from our schools and
institutions.
The antichrist is responsible for things like the name: Jesus
Christ. Where the word Christ is positioned and speaks as if it
is Jesus’ last name. Jesus’ last name was not “CHRIST.” Tell me
what it is?
Christian churches closing around the world.
Christians being martyred.
Using the name “JESUS” versus “EMMANUEL.” Emmanuel being the
name given to Jesus by GOD. Jesus being given by an Angel for
protection of the child—Jesus being a common name and the family
running from persecution. EMMANUEL is a HOLY NAME (Jesus’ Holy
Name) a TETRAGRAMMATON name.
Anti-Christian government laws being passed. Anti-Christian
government action around the world.
Destroying any roots of Christianity that will enable
Christianity to grow and survive.
Keep your lamp lit and prepare for the Return of the Master. Seek
and stop the movement of the antichrist where it appears. Remember,
the antichrist tries to keep people from learning of the existence
of the Christ and the knowledge of His Presence. Keep the truth of

Obedience to God’s Call avoids God’s Wrath.
“The word of the LORD
came to Jonah son of Amittai; "Go to the great
city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has
come up before me." But Jonah ran away from the LORD
and headed to
Tarshish...”

any have been
called
to preach the gospel to towns, cities, villages, etc. but are still
resisting adhering to this call. The world is lost and needs the
Good News very badly, however, as Christians we have a
responsibility to fulfill "THE GREAT COMMISSION."Matthew 28:19,
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations and baptize them in
the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.”
As much as some see this as a call for every Christian, there are
other Christians who see this task as the responsibility of the
pastor, evangelist, etc. alone; but it isn’t so. It is a COMMAND
from God to every Christian.
Many are heading towards Tarshish instead
of Nineveh. Today you will find some evangelist who wants to become
prophets, prophets becoming apostles, and apostles becoming
teachers. We should be where God wants us to be. If it’s the Will of
God then that is okay.
Isaiah responded to this great call:
"Then I heard a voice of the LORD
saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And
who will go for us?’
And I said, ‘Here I am. Send me!’” Isaiah 6vrs 8.
We should follow the examples of Isaiah but not Jonah.
At the time of writing this devotional,
millions are dead without knowing or accepting Jesus Christ. and it
will interest you to know that when you travel extensively to some
towns and villages, there are places where the inhabitants know much
more about Coca-Cola, than Jesus Christ!
That’s DISASTER!!! Wake up church!!! Go to
Nineveh and start preaching today!!
Just take a break, at this moment and look around you at the people
who are not saved in your community, your family, or among your
friends, and start preaching the Good News to them today.
As the church spends much on paintings, instruments, cars, etc.,
lets budget for MISSIONS as well. For if Christ comes He will not
rapture the instruments, the cars, and the other materials, but the
souls in the church.
Christ came to save what was lost.
If we fail to obey this Call, we shall give an account on the
Day of
Judgment.
LORD, Master, thank You for another day. Let us apply Your Grace
in our lives to others. Let us share Your Love with others. Let
us be obedient to Your Will in our every thought. And Lord allow
us to see evil where and how it operates. In Christ, we thank
You for the opportunity to serve You just where we are, but
welcome any opportunity to go to the Mission Fields.
Amen.

I
had a
conversation
with a young black man, one making the transition from boyhood to
manhood at twenty (20) years old. Did you know there are over eight
hundred thousand (800,000) black males in the correctional
institutions in the Republic of the United States of America? Moving
on… In the conversation with the non-incarcerated young, black man,
the year 2050 came up. In the conversation, he says, “Why are people
even talking about the things of 2050—there will be no one here on
the planet. It will have been destroyed.”
Did you hear that? Does
your daughter or son believe all will be destroyed? All is lost? I
do not believe all will be destroyed by 2050! It will be different.
What hope does one have for the future if one does not believe there
is a future? What plans and goals for them and/or their future
children and grandchildren. The young man in this story would say he
is a Christian to a stranger, but to a Christian, he would say he is
seeking the truth (or say he was Christian so he would not have to
hear the “white noise.”)
Many Christians believe
the world will be destroyed by fire and equally as many believe that
Jesus (MMNL) could come tomorrow. Yes, Jesus (MMNL) could come today
and could have come forty (40) years ago (not according to
Prophesy-but who really knows), but He is not presently ushering in
the “End of the World” so let’s focus on the issues before us. Did I
say, “Over one million (1,000,000) black men, women, boys, and girls
are without their freedom in the Republic of America? Did I say,
“Over six thousand (6,000) African children die each day? These
represent only two of the Kingdoms which we have to conquer as
Christians before the Conquering Christ returns.
Let’s move on. The world
being destroyed by fire could be: SPIRITUAL FIRE. The world could be
destroyed by spiritual fire instead what we may imagine as the fire
to which we are accustomed—earthly or carnal fire. The Holy Fire of
God (YHWH) consumed many sacrifices of the Israelites without
harming the worshippers as well as consuming many of their enemies.
This Holy Fire will probably be what consumes the world. LISTEN: God
(YHWH) would rather you have fear (or reverence) of Him, than for
you to give the respect you should show Him, giving it to nuclear
bombs and weapons which destroy the body but not the soul. Let us
learn to think, speak, and live spiritually.
The model for the world
not to be destroyed but to be transformed is our transformation from
sinners to saints. This transformation, this renewing happens when
we die in ourselves and allow Christ to rule our lives. We died a
spiritual death being reborn. There will be a new heaven and new
earth. The earth will be reborn in the fire, in the Holy Fire of God
and restored in His Glory.
Let’s focus on what is before us. Let’s focus on our neighbors. It
is Christmas. The Mass of Christ is always and forever and is
everyday. Allow His Spirit to consume us and seek to consume Him.
Share the Love that Christ has for all at
Christmas.

OMMUNICATING THE
GOSPEL EFFECTIVELY.
Definition: Communication is mutual exchange of information and
understanding by any effective means. Often times, people talk but
they don’t communicate. For communication to be effective, certain
variables must be put into consideration:

b) Specific
c) Simple
d) Lively
e)Clear
f)Disciplined: plan, think before talking
Effective
Communication.
You must know that the goal of your communication is to win souls.
Thus, you are not just talking but your words are meant to achieve a
purpose, which is soul winning. You must be brief in your
discussion. You need to appreciate the fact that your audience has
control over time. Therefore you must respect people’s time. This
requires you to tell what you have to tell as quickly, clearly, and
efficiently as possible.
John 4:6-30
Jesus didn’t say, “You must be born again,” to the Samaritan
woman first.
Your words should convey the meaning to the intended audience.
In language, clearness is everything. Use words everyone knows
and understand.
Your deposition, outlook or appearance must be good. Be neat,
good looking and amiable i.e. lively. Though, the woman wouldn’t
want to do anything with a Jew but she couldn’t just rebuff or
resist Jesus because of His personality, approach and language.
Effective communication is “selling what you say.” By the time
she got her life straightened out by the Word, she ran to town
to go and tell others about the Good News and to bring them into
the Kingdom through Jesus.
Lord God, I love You and appreciate
all that You say and do, through me and through others. Allow me
to continue to hear You as You move and speak through Your
Children. Allow us to receive and understand Your Revelation and
Your "New Things" as they present themselves.

Tell me.........

Show me.........
and l will remember.
Involve me..........
and l will learn.
Convince me........
and l will change and act.
Use body language or gesticulation
to convey your message when you are not using pictures. Bear in mind
that your message must not only be heard, but that a lasting picture
should be painted on the canvas of the hearts of your listeners.
Therefore utilize all possible avenues or means to do just that.
Apart from gesticulation, put your message in a story form simple
enough for your audience to understand.
Finally, make it PARTICIPATORY by involving your audience. By
allowing others to speak, you will:
1. Know level of their understanding of what you are saying.
2. You will know their perception.
3. You will be able to focus on specific areas necessary to
achieve your goals.
4. You may even learn a few things by listening to others.
For example, you will know why they behave in the way they behave.
This will enable you to minister to them from the right perspective.
“And that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy
Ghost.” The importance of the Holy Spirit in communicating the

“Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of
God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord

The role of the Holy Spirit in the
effective communication of the Gospel cannot be over emphasized. You
need to rely on the Holy Spirit to lead your audience to Christ.
Inevitably, prayer and fellowshipping with the Holy Spirit is very
paramount to communicating the Gospel.

Father, my eyes have been focused on other things not bad things,
just other things. Things that do not help me to see You. Other
things... not You. My mind has been on other things, not bad things
or wrong things; just other things. Things that I have no control
over. Things that do not bring my thoughts back to You. Other things
not You.
My hands have been busy with other things
not bad things; just other things. Things that do not concern You
and things that keep me so busy I have very little time for You.
Other things not You.
My heart has been filled with other
things. Not bad things just other things. Things that stimulate my
thinking and create excitement deep within me, but have no potential
to stir my heart for You or draw me closer to You. Other things not
You.
My ears have been listening to other
things. Not bad things just other things. Things that are pleasant
and pleasing to my ears, but not so pleasing to Your ears. Other
things not You.
Lord, I have hungered for things, pursued
things, sought things, desired things, grieved over things, and even
sought comfort for and from things. Almost none of these things are
bad things, but they are other things. Things other than You and
Your things. Other things that even though they do not pull me away
from You, they certainly do not draw me closer to You.
Father, may You forgive us. We want to see
You, think about You, listen to You; be busy with You, desire to be
with You. Father, we want to know You, but these other things keep
coming between us. May your Spirit help us as we come close to the
end of 2007 to be about You not other things. Have a great new year
in Christ!

A letter from Jesus.
As you well know, we are getting closer to my birthday. Every year
there is a celebration in my honor and I think that this year the
celebration will be repeated.
During this time there are many people shopping for gifts, there are
many radio announcements, TV commercials, and in every part of the
world everyone is talking that my birthday is getting closer and
closer.
It is really very nice to know, that at least once a year, some
people think of me. As you know, the celebration of my birthday
began many years ago. At first people seemed to understand and be
thankful of all that I did for them, but in these times, no one
seems to know the reason for the celebration.
Family and friends get together and have a lot of fun, but they
don't know the meaning of the celebration. I remember that last year
there was a great feast in my honor. The dinner table was full of
delicious foods, pastries, fruits, assorted nuts and chocolates. The
decorations were exquisite and there were many, many beautifully
wrapped gifts.
But, do you want to know something? I wasn't invited. I was the
guest of honor and they didn't remember to send me an invitation.
The party was for me, but when that great day came, I was left
outside. They closed the door in my face and I wanted to be with
them and share their table.
In truth, that didn't surprise Me because in the last few years,
many close their doors to me. Since I wasn't invited, I decided to
enter the party without making any noise. I went in and stood in a
corner. They were all drinking; there were some who were drunk and
telling jokes and laughing at everything. They were having a grand
time.
To top it all, this big fat man all dressed in red wearing a long
white beard entered the room yelling, “Ho-Ho-Ho!” He seemed drunk.
He sat on the sofa and all the children ran to him, saying: "Santa
Claus, Santa Claus," as if the party were in his honor! At midnight
all the people began to hug each other. I extended my arms waiting
for someone to hug me and do you know no-one hugged me.
Suddenly, they all began to share gifts. They opened them one by one
with great expectation. When all had been opened, I looked to see
if, maybe, there was one for me. What would you feel if on your
birthday everybody shared gifts and You did not get one? I then
understood that I was unwanted at that party and quietly left.
Every year it gets worse. People only remember the gifts, the
parties, to eat and drink, and nobody remembers Me. I would like
this Christmas that you allow Me to enter into your life. I would
like that you recognize the fact that almost two thousand years ago
I came to this world to give My life for you, on the Cross, to save
you. Today, I only want that you believe this with all your heart.
I want to share something with you. As many didn't invite Me to
their party, I will have my own celebration, a grandiose party that
no one has ever imagined, a spectacular party. I'm still making the
final arrangements.
Today I am sending out many invitations and there is an invitation
for you. I want to know if you wish to attend and I will make a
reservation for you and write your name with golden letters in My
great guest book. Only those on the guest list will be invited to
the party.
Those who don't answer the invite will be left outside. Be prepared
because when all is ready you will be part of My great party.
