Set goals and go after them. Write your goals, placing them where you can see them daily.

"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

Joshua 1:9 (KJV)

Stay on course, stay on task, and stay on track. Pastor Nikola Dimitrov of Bulgaria says that distractions are one of the ways the enemies of God penetrates our defenses. We must stay on track using the full armor of God and lose our distractions.

Getting off track can come in the form of distractions of the heart, mind, spirit and even physical distractions such as, “I am sorry sir, but you have cancer.” Some people focus on the end of the world, some focus on UFOs, some on “we can only find truth after death,” while others get lost in their pity parties (feeling sorry for themselves.) Whatever has been your distraction in the past, let it go. Leave it back there in the past and move forward into your new future with sound doctrine.

Often when people stray from the “real” truth, they have a rebellious spirit. It is difficult to get on the main road and stay the course if we want to take the back streets, the side streets and the dirt roads. We want to move down the main highways of life. Get off the rebellious dirt road and move onto the paved glorious highway of life. The rebellious thoughts, actions and emotions are distractions in our lives, which need to be eliminated so we can move into the “real” power of the Christ.

When God gives us an assignment, we must stay on track, stay the course and storm the gates. Let’s not be wieners (weak in action), let’s not be milly-mouthed (weak in speech). Let’s go out there and be freedom fighters for Jesus, Emmanuel. Let’s storm the gates for Emmanuel, the Christ. “No” to distractions!

God prepares us to receive our prayers!

“But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day."

DEUTERONOMY 8:18 (KJV)

Omnipresence. That is what God is -- omnipresent. He has the ability to be everywhere at the same time. That is difficult for us to imagine. That is like the number, 6 trillion. Who knows how many zeroes there are behind the six?

God is with us all, all the time. That is with every single person on this planet and in the universe. Joshua 1:9, Hebrews 13:5 and Psalms 23:4 show that God is with us. For those who believe God is too busy, think Jesus Christ, Emmanuel. Christ can come to be present with us. For those who say Christ will only come in the end time, think the Comforter, the Holy Spirit is present with us. Also, remember there is a host of members of the Holy Heavenly family who can be with us—just ask.

If I am with you 24/7, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, what are we going to be doing? I will be talking to you and you will be talking to me. The same is true with God. He is talking to us so we must listen and obey. We must know that: 1) He is with us, 2) He is talking to us, 3) we must listen, and 4) we must obey His commands, His voice.

It is extremely important to get in our understanding that God’s Word is true and that He is omnipresent and that He sees all and hears all and knows all. We are His children. Just like you talk to your children, your brothers and sisters or your parents; talk to God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit or any member of the Holy Heavenly family. God is talking. We must listen and obey.

Count it all joy!

“My brethren count it all joy when you fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.”

James 1:2,3 (KJV)

As Christians, it is important for us to know and to live life as though God has us in His hands. God has us and everything, which He has created in His hands, in His care. He is in control. He has you and I, all of us in His Love.

Life is full of cycles and seasons; ups and downs, ins and outs. We may go through trials and tribulations, but we will definitely have problems. Problems/challenges come and go as they help us to grow. We may experience emotional highs, then incredible lows; incredible prosperity, then the poor house. Know this, no matter where we find ourselves in life; God is in control of the situation. When we understand this reality and when we turn our lives over to Him completely, we move into an area where we can begin to live a divine life experience.

Surrender to God and we get a deeper understanding of “count it all joy.” CIAJ is moving in a power of Christ Jesus called “ascension.” Keep our eyes on Jesus like Peter walking on the water and we have a divine experience. Keep our prayers with God in our problems like Daniel and we have a divine deliverance. CIAJ is listening to the Commands of the Lord, like Noah, not leaning to our understanding but being faithful and true to His voice, what He asks of us.

As we do what we know we should do in the Lord, we can count it all joy. We move and live with a positive mental attitude because we are counting it all joy, because God is in control. Count it all joy in your life experiences today!

How we live our lives, has an impact on the lives of others. We are connected to one another as one body.

"Because I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him.  The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I caused the widow's heart to sing for joy."

JOB 29: 12, 13 (KJV)

Nothing changes until something changes. We may desire for a thing to change, a job to change or us to change; but nothing will change if we continue to do it the same old way. If we keep on eating after 9:00 p.m., we will not lose weight. If we keep using those curse words, we curse others and ourselves. If we keep watching 14 hours of television a week, we will never have time for real people in our homes and in our communities.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. We can continue on the road we are on and continue to watch the destruction of our world, our communities, and our homes; or we can make a change. We are called to be “standards” of God; to make the crooked roads straight, to make wrong things right.

Things change when there is change. Change begins at home, in these bodies. We are the arms and hands of God here on this planet. Let’s be the extension of our Father God while we are in these bodies. We change when we change. People change when they change. Be a change and watch the world change!

To “be” different, we have to “do” differently. To be different, exert energy to think differently, think life. We put energy into getting the way we are, therefore we must put energy to get out of the mess, out of the behavior, which we may find ourselves. We have to start somewhere. Let’s start here. We have to start sometime, let’s start now. Thank you Father God for the understanding. We love you! We love You!! We love You!!!

No matter what accomplishments we make, somebody helped us along our way.

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?"

NUMBERS 23:19 (KJV)

Speak blessings into your life today. Speak life. Be positive. We are made in the spiritual image of God, therefore we have the ability to use God’s characteristics which indwell in us. One of these attributes is the power of “emanation.” What we say and what do emanates from us and becomes our reality.

We must speak things as though they are, as opposed to how we want them to be. Example. “I am going to get my book.” We have spoken that we are "going to" get it. We can always be on the way to get it and never get there. “I am trying to lose weight.” “I am fixing to stop watching so much television.” “I will pray for my enemies.” “I’m going to visit old people.”

It is better to say: “I am (action specific) (subject specific), and (time specific; today, Feb. 8th, 2005, etc.). “I am getting my book today.” “I am losing ten pounds by March 15th.” Never say tomorrow, because tomorrow is today. You may say that is just semantics. I say this is your life, this is your future. Speak life. If we are always “going to” get something, we are always heading to get it; going there, on the way, never to arrive.

Webster. Going: A condition influencing process or activities. Doing: Activities or proceedings; behavior, conduct. Going is influence; doing is action. Find new, interesting and biblical ways to say what you want to happen in your life and the lives you touch. The enemies of God and the enemies of the Cross, attempt to use us against ourselves. Words coming out of our mouths is a way the enemies of Christ claim victory in our lives. Not going to, but getting. Not try, but do. Speak life!

Go to church even when your hair is not just right. Go to church when you don’t have offering money. Go to church in every day clothes. Go to church.

"The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil; he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

PSALMS 121: 7, 8 (KJV)

Forgiveness and correction. It is important to understand spiritually the difference between the two. We must forgive individuals, groups, tribes, societies, nations for the injustice, tragedies, pain and suffering which they inflicted upon us.

We must forgive and not forget—but forgive. Remembering helps the incident not to happen again in our lives or in the lives of our children. We forgive, make amends, ask for forgiveness and move on. But before we move on, there must be correction: self-correction, group-correction and spiritual-correction.

We must correct our behavior, our reactions, our thinking concerning the negative aspects of the situation and look for the positive in it. We must correct the behavior, actions, and thinking of the parties concerned so they do not inflict similar negative behavior upon others, our children, or us. We have to look at the situation, the occurrence and see it spiritually. We must see what actually happened, not just what we saw with our physical eyes, but what happened behind the scenes spiritually.

Parents as well as children know if poor behavior or habits are not corrected, the same negative habits and patterns will be repeated again; perpetuating sin. This only benefits the enemies of God. This doesn’t benefit the family, the world family or the Holy Family. Forgiveness and correction are spiritual partners.

Be present with the Lord today! Today is yesterday’s tomorrow.

"I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live."

PSALMS 116:1, 2 (KJV)

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. I know you have heard that expression. It is important to live today as though tomorrow is not promised to you. Tomorrow is not promised.

You may not see your mother tomorrow. You may not see your father tomorrow. You may not see your child tomorrow. Go to them and make amends. Go to them with your olive leaf and let them know that whatever was an issue before is no longer an issue. You have forgiven them and you have corrected them. Or they have forgiven you and corrected you. Now is the time for the two of you to move forward in the spirit of the Love of God. Accept that which is and know that God is doing a work in their lives even though it may not look like it—God is.

God has heard our prayers, our supplications. He examines our hearts and knows the intentions of our hearts. God and His Holy Family are on the job, 24/7 (twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week). They do not have to sleep, like we do. They are here for us—ask and it shall be given. We must speak the presence of the Holy Family, the Holy Hierarchy into our lives right now.

Ask Emmanuel to ask our Father, Jehovah to wash us in Jesus’ blood, bind a spherical spiritual hedge of protection around us against any evil machinations, give us the mind of Christ, allow the Holy Spirit to indwell in us, allow the Christ to use us and have the Holy Angels to illuminate us with Understanding, Knowledge and Wisdom as they go before us preparing our lives and the lives we touch to execute the Perfect Will of Yahweh. Christ Jesus let it happen right now! Selah!

When you pray for others, your prayers will return to you. Pray for many for many have need of prayer.

"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference:"

JUDE 1: 21, 22 (KJV)

Multidimensional living. We must learn how to live multidimensionally. We are linear beings living in God’s multidimensional world.

What am I talking about? We are linear beings. We walk in a straight line. We have been programmed to see and hear in a straight pattern. Humankind has created a linear world in which we exist. Roads go straight ahead. Elevators move up and down. Paths and sidewalks are in one direction, except at crossroads. Everything is basically in a row, in line and in linear order. We move forward in a straight process.

We have to live and think multidimensionally in our spirits, in our physical nature. By design we can see 180 degrees and hear in a 360 degrees plus pattern. We must change our thinking from linear thinking to multidimensional thinking. It is often referred to as “thinking outside the box.”

We must think about others besides ourselves and our families. We should think globally. Think decisions/consequences, action/reaction, goals/success, expectation/receiving, we bless others/God blesses us, and serving God/God’s Family serving us. Think past: “Me, myself and I.” and “What can I get God to do for me?” Think what can I do for God? Bless God!

We must be willing to receive that which is required for us to grow spiritually. A price is paid for spiritual growth.

“The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

PROVERBS 15:3 (KJV)

Dirt - 1. One day I was in a jewelry store to replace a broken clasp (the fastening part of a necklace) on my daughter’s necklace. It was about the size of a third of your pinkie fingernail. I was told I could only get it in 14 carat gold which would cost $10. They made me wait and wait and wait.

While I was waiting, I look at the showcases full of jewelry. $4,000 - $7,000 necklaces, $1,500 rings, all types of gold, $500 watches, diamonds, sapphires, etc. but nothing under $50 that I could see. I was ready to pick up and leave when the Lord spoke to me. He said, “Polished rocks.” I asked, “What?” The Lord said, “You are looking at polished rocks.” I looked around at the gemstones then I heard, “It is all dirt.” I asked, “What?”

By this time I was at the diamond counter. The Lord said, “That is compressed dirt, but it is dirt.” I said, “Oh my goodness, You are right.” I looked at the rubies, the diamonds, the sapphires, and the $7,000 necklaces. Then the Lord said, “Look at what value people place on dirt. It is just dirt.”

I paid $10 for the clasp and walked over to the Christian bookstore where I bought the Logos Bible system of compact discs for $20. That is, I paid $20 for 60 plus books; Bibles, Lexicons, dictionaries, commentaries, etc. The Lord said, “Look where people place their values.” I thought, “People value stuff, more than they value the Word.” Which is more beneficial: spiritual growth or material riches?  Proverbs 8:11.  The Lord placed in my understanding “The Value Makers.” There are those who set the values for society and we buy into those values. Who is setting your values? Whose values are you following?

God is watching and listening to everyone at all times. He doesn’t miss the smallest detail!

“That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God:"

COLOSSIANS 1:10 (KJV)

I understand where you are coming from. I get where you coming from sister girl! I know what you mean. I be feelin’ ya brother man! That was whack! I feel you. It is important to make sure we do not give people the wrong impression with these expressions. The impression that we are supporting their position when we are saying these statements when we really don’t agree with them. People may believe that we are affirming their positions when we really want to be left alone.

We can relate to what they are saying but we are really not agreeing. We just want them to get out of our faces with that noise. So what do we do? We say: “I feel you.” “I know what you mean.” “I understand where you are coming from.” Wrong, wrong, wrong. Stand up, speak up and correct, correct, and correct. Tell them what they really need to hear.

Tell them what you really think about what they did. Speak the Bible to them about what happened. If your girlfriend slept with her boyfriend’s brother, tell her how wrong she was. If your homey is stealing money out of his mother’s purse, while she is working that second job and he’s not working at all; let him know that it is wrong. If your boyfriend or live in friend is knocking you around, let them know it is wrong and call the police! Straighten your life out! Straighten their lives out!

Make an effort to communicate to individuals who are venting and expressing their opinions to let them know what you really think, how you really feel about what they are saying. Let them know definitely whether you believe their position or if they are moving like a snake.

Spiritual warriors must take new spiritual territory.

"Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world."

JAMES 1:27 (KJV)

Dirt - 2.  I left the jewelry store where I purchased a tiny $10, 14-carat gold clasp for my daughter’s necklace. In the nearby Christian bookstore, I purchased a 60-plus book Bible study system for $20. The Lord placed “The Value Makers” in my understanding. Individuals, systems, principalities in life who set up values, which we adhere to or not, are the value makers in societies, in our communities. We buy into the value.

When I got to the counter I said to the cashier, “You have some nice watches here, but those watches in that jewelry store were very expensive.” His reply was, “You know they must be really nice.” I replied, “But they keep the same time.” Then I heard my grandmother’s voice, “Why would anybody buy a watch with a battery when all you have to do is wind it up?” The value makers. Some of you remember the “wind up” wristwatches. Our children don’t.

On the way home, a song came on the radio. “Silver and gold, silver and gold, Lord I love you more than silver and gold.” The Lord spoke to me and said, “Listen to them, they are telling me that they love me more than dirt.” I hear that song with different ears now. Look where we have placed our values.

When I got home the Lord said, “Look out the window.” I looked out the window. I said, “All I see are trees, grass, the street, the sidewalk, the driveway…” The Lord asked, “What are they made of?” I asked, “Dirt?” “Yes, dirt. Now look around in the house.” I asked, “Dirt?” He said, “Yes. All of this is made from dirt. Look at the value man has placed on dirt.” I thought cars, houses, boats, television, furniture, computers, things; it all comes from dirt. The value makers.

W-O-R-K is the secret to success. Success is the application of spiritual principles at work.

"If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:"

ISAIAH 1:19 (KJV)

Mode of operation. Look around. Watch how the world is operating. Watch how the person with whom you work and interact is operating. They are using a specific mode of operation. People do certain things, specific ways. If they are not doing things a specific, routine way, they may be operating in a disorganized way; that is their mode of operation.

People tend to bump heads because of their differing modes of operation. In relationships people have conflict with one another because people operate differently from one another. People have different expectations than one another. A person may expect one type of behavior and get another. The other person may not know what the expected response is supposed to be based on a specific given action. When they get a negative response because of what they did or didn’t do, they don’t really know what the deal is; why the other person is upset.

Your mode of operation may be foreign to the mode of operation of others. They may wait to the last minute to do a job, while you do it as soon as you get the assignment. You may want to come early to a meeting to sit relax, think about the meeting, what you will say and what will be said. Your counterpart or supervisor may want to come fashionably late to show how much work they have and how precious their time is; when in actuality they are sending a different message.

Conflict occurs when we don’t get the expected behavior from others based on our specific action. We all operate in specific modes of operation which impact others as well as ourselves. Recognize modes of operation and get them parallel instead of perpendicular so we move smoother along the path of life.

Through fellowship and relationship with one another, we experience relationship and fellowship with Christ.

"Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God."

2 CORINTHIANS 1:3 (KJV)

Dirt - 3. There are four main elements of our physical world: earth, wind, fire and water. They are often used as a medium for the wrath of God. They are also mediums to receive the miraculous physical manifestations of God’s awesome nature. They help to activate God’s nature in us.

Look around and notice whether you have touched the ground today. Be aware. Have you walked on the grass? On the dirt today? Yesterday? Have you? Think about it. We can leave the house, get in the car, go to work, work all day, leave the job and go home and never touch the earth. The earth is one of the largest creations, which God has made in His Infinite Wisdom. It is therefore not just something that we are connected to by gravity. It is a God creation, something to behold; to utilize.

We must touch this miraculous physical manifestation of God. It is akin to a mother touching her newborn baby. The earth heals us. The earth acts as a ground for our negative energy. Leave your shoes on, but get off the sidewalk, walk on the grass--on the earth. The enemies of God do not want us to walk on the earth. Spinning over 1,500 miles an hour, trees collect energy and send it into the earth—grounding it. We can ground our negative energy by walking on the earth, in the park, working in the garden, or doing yard work. We can receive healing of our physical bodies if we touch the earth regularly. We come from the earth and when we die we go back to the earth. Shouldn’t we enjoy, touch, put our hands and feet on the earth while we live? Be comforted now by God’s earth! Selah!

Setbacks are our preparations for our successes.

"Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?"

ECCLESIASTES 5:6 (KJV)

Resolve to make our crooked roads straight. Starting right now, let’s resolve to make all our crooked roads straight, one road at a time. Isn’t smoking cigarettes destroying your temple? Doesn’t alcohol kill brain cells? Is it time we resolved shacking up? Will HIV get us to wait to get married before we have sex?

In all things apply Wisdom. These are “in-your-face” issues, but what really destroys us are the “subtle issues,” the “English ivy” issues which act as silent killers in our lives. They grow and grow and before we know it they are choking the life out of us. We can be productive or financially successful but those choking vines of unresolved issues in our lives steal our peace, joy and happiness. Let’s handle them now! Now my friend!

Here’s how. First, realize they exist. People have pushed their issues with themselves and the issues they have with others so far back in their minds that they have to force themselves to remember. Some issues are prevalent with us and we can never seem to shake them out of our minds. Second, forgive yourself and forgive the other person or persons. If you let it go, God will handle it immediately—process will be activated to resolve the issue. Angels are involved in and with God’s Creation.

Third, move to a place of physical resolution. We move mentally to know the issue, we move spiritually to forgive, now we move to physically have words out of our mouths and steps taken to make the issue correct. Spiritual manifestations have physical manifestations. Physical manifestations have spiritual manifestations. Have positive and Christ-like manifestations.

Be courageous—go after what is for you.

"Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:"

ISAIAH 46: 9, 10 (KJV)

Encouragement - 1. Be ye encouraged! You can do it if you try! Go ahead—try it! Just try it. Don’t just try it—do it! Just do it! I believe Sly Stone said, ”We can make it if we try.” We are making it because we are trying and doing.

Encourage yourself in the purposes God has for your life and the lives you touch. Encourage others. Everyone needs encouragement. We all need that pat on the back. Encouraging words: “You are doing the right thing,” “Keep doing what you are doing,” “God sees what you are doing—don’t stop now.” A positive, encouraging word can take us into our destinies.

Can you imagine the healing power of a word or sentence or attitude of encouragement? Our children’s futures are directly impacted by the amount of encouragement they receive during their childhood. Do you think that a nagging, critical, fault-finding, disparaging, nit-picky, pestering, scolding, badgering, complaining, annoying, fretting, irritating spirit is from God?

It is important to support our wives, our husbands, our children and our families in their goals, dreams and ambitions. We never know how God will show up in what they are doing to change the world or to bring one person into their salvation.

Encourage that person into their destiny, no matter who it is. Encouragement goes a long way. It goes further than you or I can imagine. Encouragement changes a negative world into a positive one. It changes despair into hope. Encouragement opens the spiritual doors of possibilities; of possibility thinking.

Through fellowship with our family and other families, we experience family with Christ.

"Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine."

PROVERBS 3: 9,10 (KJV)

A friend told me once, “Your spirit cannot get blessed, if your flesh is not happy.” When they go to church and they get negative reactions by the members, they have a flesh reaction. They feel like they cannot receive spiritually.

How many times have you left home for church in an emotional uproar because of something your spouse did? Or everything is fine until you pull into the church parking lot and children spill something in the car or on themselves? Or a teenager won’t go to church because they only recently got in from a late night? How many times have you sat in the pews and were offended by what a deacon, speaker or preacher said right out of the pulpit?

In every cloud there is a silver lining. On the other end of every magnet is an opposite pole. When we are faced with adversity we must turn that thing around. First, we must see it as an attack from the enemies of God. Then, we look for the positive in it. Then, we reverse our own negative energy relating to it. Have you ever seen someone who is always positive? Here is a way an individual can stay positive all the time. Know: 1) God is always in control, 2) God is watching and hearing everything, 3) God turns the negative into the positive.  We must position ourselves to see and receive the positive—exercise expectation.

When faced with a negative situation, negative energy or a negative challenge, we must know that there is a positive situation, positive energy and a positive outcome on the other side of where we are. Turn that thing around. The energy we put into being angry, disgusted, or frustrated must be turned into positive productive energy. The world and God is watching.

When God moves and stretches us spiritually, receive it and move more Christ-like.

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

Matthew 18:19-20 (KJV)

It is important to know in Christ, you and I do not have to prove anything to anyone at anytime. In life, in judicial matters, at work or in specific circumstances we may have to justify behavior, activities, or specific events in our lives, but what I am talking about here is proving to someone who you are, how you are and what you are all about as an individual.

Sometimes we want to prove to others that we are smarter than we think they think we are. We want to prove to people that we care about them more than we believe that they believe we do. We may want to prove to the boss that we can do that job when we believe that they believe we can’t do it. Be at peace with it.

If you want to prove something to someone, prove something to God. He is the one to prove anything and everything to. He knows our hearts, our minds, our spirits, and our all. So, it is not a matter of proving anything to Him, it is just a matter of living out what is in our hearts, minds, and spirits because our lives bear witness to us. Be at peace with who you are. Be you!

We can try to prove who we are to everyone in the world including God, but until we live it out, we are talking but nothing is coming out. We can say anything we want, but the example is in the living. Look at a person’s life and you will know what they are all about. Look at our lives and see what we are all about. Look where we spend all our time. Prove to God where we say our hearts are by our actions. Prove to God and watch God prove that He is God and always shall ever be.

We must seek the Christ to live in us for the full manifestation of healing and miracles.

"Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh they dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways."

PSALM 91: 9-11 (KJV)

The face of evil-1. The enemies of God would have us to believe that evil approaches us and attacks us like the evil, demonic, grotesque images which are projected daily by television and video games into our households. The enemies of the Cross would have us believe that when evil attacks we will see it coming and it will look so repulsive that we can immediately recognize it and know it is from hell and fight it.

When we get an angry boss in our faces, a person with a negative attitude, or a child with negative behavior moving in our direction; ask this question: “Is this like Jesus?” “Is this behavior, or speech God-like?” Now if it is not like God or Christ-like, then what is it like? There are negative and positive forces at work in the world. Is that which stands before you positive or negative? If it is negative then it is imperative that we move against it like it is an attack from the enemies of God.

Pray against it. Bind it. You can use the Black Blob Prayer. Watch the negative energy dissipate before you. We are spiritual vessels and as such can and will be embodied by the spiritual forces we allow into us by our actions and words; they open spiritual doors to allow negative spirits into our lives. Imagine a person lies; a lying spirit comes into their lives—and deception too. A person lusts, then a lustful spirit. In “all you can eat” restaurants, look for a spirit of gluttony. What we do opens spiritual doors into our lives, for spiritual entities to visit our lives, the lives we touch, our communities and our world.

We impart life or death into everyone’s life into which we speak. Speak life!

"Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? When thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily; and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy rearward."

ISAIAH 58: 7,8 (KJV)

Tetragrammaton-1. From the Greek, word meaning the four letter representations for the divine names of God. There are earthly names for God and there are Tetragrammatons, which represent the divine names of God.

Some of the names of the Most High God are: Adon, Adonai, El, El Elohe Yisrael, El Elyon, Elohim, El Olam, El Roi, El Shaddai, Emmanuel, Immanuel, Jah, Jehovah, Jehovah, Jehovah-Jireh, Jehovah-Mekaddishkem, Jehovah-Nissi, Jehovah-Rapha, Jehovah- Rohi, Jehovah-Sabaoth, Jehovah, Shalom, Jehovah-Shammah, Jehovah-Tsidkenu, Yah, Yehweh.

Tetragrammatons represent the powerful names of God, which impact all things, all worlds. Tetragrammaticals represent powerful words, which have profound impact in both our spiritual and physical worlds. How does one determine which word is a Tetragrammaton? Take a word and remove the vowels. “Y” is not considered a vowel in these instances. What you have left is four consonants. Example: Jehovah, J-H-V-H; Yahweh, Y-H-W-H. These names are powerful and sacred. When YHWH is spoken it should be followed by proclamations to the glory, majesty, or divine power of God, i.e., Holy One, Most High, Omnipotent, Omnipresent One, etc. You will notice that all of God’s names are not Tetragrammatons. YHWH is God’s personal name, which He shared with Moses.

Smile and release love and joy in your life and into the lives of those around you.

"Blessed is he that considereth the poor; the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth; and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.”

PSALM 41:1-2 (KJV)

Encouragement - 2. We all need encouragement from time to time. Encouragement from our families to continue to do the myriad tasks we do. Encouragement at work to helps us to continue to do our best. Encouragement in our faith walk motivates us to grow spiritually. Encouragement in our personal development moves us to become more mature, whole human beings. So how does one effectively encourage another?

Think about words of encouragement that have helped you. Then think of words of encouragement that have seemed insincere. Use helpful, sincere encouraging words which are specific and accurate. They include detail. “I really appreciate you making repairs around the house,” you tell your wife. She knows you noticed, and she knows you care enough to mention it. You tell your son, “I appreciate you taking out the trash and being a good role model.” Let your husband know, “I love that you take care of both of the cars.” You let your daughter know, “I am so happy that you keep your room clean, make good grades in school and get along well with your sister/brother.”

But if the foreman tells a construction worker “good job painting that wall!” it won’t be encouraging if she is a drywall hanger. “Hmm,” she thinks, “did they mean I didn’t do a good job with the drywall?”

Be sure you get the facts straight before you speak. Think before you speak. Be encouraging. Make it a habit. Good habits are more precious than silver or gold. Be specific. Be accurate. Be detailed. Be sincere. Be an encouragement!

As spiritual warriors we must free ourselves from any past, present or future bondage.

"And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins." Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God."

1 PETER 4: 8-10 (NKJV)

The face of evil - 2. The enemies of Christ, the enemies of God Almighty have been here on earth for a very long time and are very cunning and effective in their battle against us. They will almost never reveal to us what they really look like because we would realize that they are really real. Then we would start acting like spiritual warriors to defend our families and our homes and our communities from a hoard of demonic entities. (Romans 8:38)

The enemies of the Most High God are going to try and slither and snake into our lives. They have been exposed to the Word, the Bible for centuries and therefore may be able to quote scripture better than you or I. So it is important to study the Word of God, remember scripture, learn how and ask Jesus to teach us to activate the ingrafted Word, (James 1:21) which dwells in us. We want to know the Word so they cannot use it against us. (James 1:22)

When we are on the verge of a breakthrough, the enemies of God will approach us to defeat us and to get us to turn negative. To get us to view life or the situation negatively. To move us to disbelieve the Word, to disbelieve what God has spoken into our lives in accordance with His Word for His Creation.

The enemies of God will usually initially do a frontal attack—that is someone right up in your face. If you do not handle the frontal attack properly, it will be followed by another and yet another, until we are either defeated or learn to be successful in how we handle the frontal attack. See the attack as it really is, not what Hollywood has contrived for our imaginations.

Correcting and building relationships helps us to resolve our personal and inter-personal issues.

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

ROMANS 8:28 (KJV)

Taking for Granted-1. We all are guilty of taking things for granted. I do, you do, and we all take things for granted whether big or small; the light switch working or Johnny coming home from school. We have what seems to be an innate ability to overlook those people, events, functions, abilities, characteristics of humans, characteristics of nature, inventions, technology, things, which occur all the time with regularity.

We simply expect things which happen all the time to continue to happen. We subliminally expect and hope events to continue to happen the way they have been happening if those events have been positive. If the events have been negative then we attempt to apply a different expectation and hope on them.

When we drop our children off at the bus stop, at school; when we say goodbye to our spouses as they go off to work; when we see someone leave our presence, we expect without failing, without even thinking about it for a split second, that we will see them in the afternoon after school, after work or the next day or time we are scheduled to meet. We even project them and ourselves into the next event or time we are going to interact with that person. That is the unconscious application of faith. That is the mustard seed of faith of which the Bible speaks, operating on a subconscious level.

The “taking for granted” mentality is where we have to be with our mustard seed of faith. Not wondering if it will happen, but applying blind expectation, blind hope, blind faith. Blind in that we are allowing Christ Jesus, Emmanuel to be our eyes.

Our mountain top experiences prepare us for our valleys; our valleys make us stronger.

"Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again."

LUKE 6:38 (KJV)

Mind like a steel trap. When it comes to an attack from the enemies of God, we have to have a mind like a steel trap. A strong mind not only knows how to keep out the enemies of the Christ, but also knows what to do when the attack from the enemies of God’s Creation comes to us through our minds.

You will hear people say, “The battle is in our minds.” We are linear beings and think linearly. The enemies of Christ Jesus are multidimensional and think, act, move and attack multidimensionally. Therefore the attack will not be directed towards one area only—it will be a multidimensional attack.

The mind is the focus of the enemy’s attack because it is the generator for that which is birthed in our hearts. Our minds act as a catalyst for our heart thoughts and desires and it generates the thoughts into reality: our reality and the reality of others. This is a power of God called Emanation. We are made in His spiritual and physical image: His daughters and sons.

When negative thoughts come to our minds we must repel them. First we must recognize them as not being from us. If a thought is negative and it is not from God or us then it is from the enemy. Treat it as such. Rebuke the thought, but know this, the enemy is around so rebuke them because they move together like a family, like a pack of wolves or predators. Defend your family and yourself. Recognize the negative thought as something which has to be addressed and handle it. Do not dismiss it. Handle it as an attack from the enemies of God.

Be radical for Christ. He expects action from us.

"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty."

1 TIMOTHY 2:1,2 (KJV)

If you have a relative or friend who is heading in the wrong direction in life and you want them to change, to turn that thing around, what do you do? If you have a friend in a red Cadillac convertible driving towards a cliff that they don’t see at 120 miles an hour what do you do? They love driving their red Cadillac. They love driving it more than anything in the world. They love the wind blowing in their hair. They love the feel of the wheel in the hands and the feel of the road underneath them. They live for that experience.

Once upon a time you rode with them and enjoyed the same experience—the wind, the road, and the thrill. So in the past you have had a similar experience as they are now experiencing but now your experience is different. You are happy and you want their experience to be different too. What to do?

Do you ride with them in the Cadillac on its doomed trip into the ravine? Do you ride beside them in another car speeding along trying to throw them a rope? Or do you pray for them and watch them go over the edge with no hope of survival?

Drastic living is a cause for drastic action to create and make a change towards a less caustic lifestyle. Shoot out their tires. Cause an accident. Do that which is necessary to prevent their loss of life, even if they will not like what you have done initially or you at the moment. Parents know what I am talking about. They will love you for it later, because you were the only one in their lives who cared enough to do something about their negative ways. You love them. Get off the bench and get into the game; their lives depend on you. Get in the game!

We are all family. Love one another.

"Moreover the profit of the earth is for all: the king himself is served by the field. He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity."

ECCLESIASTES 5:9-10 (KJV)

Get in the trenches. Dr. A. C. Brown says, “We have got to get in the trenches.” I agree with him. We as Christians, as Muslims, as Buddhists, as naturalists, as whatever we are and claim to be, must take responsibility not only for ourselves but reach down and lend a hand to someone. We are not talking about throwing your money around at something, giving your money to somebody; we are talking about getting down and getting your hands dirty by getting into the trenches and giving someone a helping hand. Jesus didn’t pass out silver and gold.

When we lend a helping hand to someone, we are really helping Jesus. We are helping the spirit of God in them to be activated. In activating the spirit of God in them, we enhance, empower, and grow the spirit of God in us. You want to grow spiritually? Help someone! You want to please God! Help someone! You want the riches and glory prosperity preachers preach--help somebody! You want to be like Jesus—help somebody now!

Jesus has prepared the trenches for us to get into. We just have to get into them and fight the enemies of God and not let them overrun our camps. Look around—help someone! People who are in need are everywhere. We have been given easy access to people in need. God has grouped them for us so we have no excuses. They’re all around us in hospitals, prisons, rest homes, homeless shelters, unwed mothers homes, rehabilitation centers, recovery homes, neighbors and the elderly couple in the block.

Dr. A. C. Brown says, “The way to get God’s attention is to go out there and do the work of Jesus!” Along with our church work we have to walk the walk of Jesus, not just talk the talk!

In all things trust in the Lord! He’s omnipresent.

"Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved."

PSALM 55:22 (KJV)

Pray for yourself. Pray for one another. Let the elders of the church pray for you. Pray always means pray always! Each and every one of us knows someone who we feel (believe) is more holy than we are. If we don’t know somebody like that, that is a whole set of other issues. Smile. But we all know someone who we feel is more saved than we are; more holy.

We think they are more righteous because they quote scriptures. We believe they are more spiritual because they raise their hands, shout “Hallelujah,” “Praise the Lord,” jump around in praise and worship or because they have or claim to have the Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost or the Comforter. Be ye holy.

Your pastor or that “holier than thou” person is a son or daughter of God, of Jehovah, just like you and I. The same connections they have to God—you have too. The main difference is they are using their connection and you are not using yours. You use yours every now and then or from time to time and it just doesn’t seem to work right. You have static in your line. You want to use their connection—their line to God.

If we are going to use our neighbors’, church members’ telephones to call God, let’s try using our own connections sometimes. And let it be more often than not. My line works. Your line works. They work. Just pick it up and use it. It is like our Bibles; they work if we pick them up and use them. We must get down on our knees, or on our faces, open our mouths out loud and use our telephone to call heaven because each one of us have a Divine Connection that works. God sees all and hears all. He’s omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. Our prayers have been answered. You are blessed!  Prepare to receive your healing; look for your miracle. Selah!

Walk in your healing! Move into your destiny!

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

ISAIAH 53: 5 (KJV)

Motivation. It is said that the greatest motivation of human beings is fear. The testament to that statement is the ancient and present great armies of the world. Ancient armies besieged cities to the point of inhabitants having to eat one another. Today, modern munitions tear bodies apart like paper. The fear of death, destruction, and the unknown are great motivators.

In our lives we are motivated by money, power, status, hunger, greed, ego, the fear of losing our jobs, not having enough money, not looking bad in front of our friends, or the simple fear of embarrassment. We live with things, events in our lives, ourselves and people who motivate us into action or inaction.

What is your motivation? What is the motivation of your husband/wife, girlfriend/boyfriend, or your boss/supervisor? Everyone has a motivation. With discernment, we can determine our motivations and the motivations of others. What gets you moving? What gets them moving? What is it that you and they like or enjoy? This gives insight to motivation.

Motivation is important. It is important to know the motivation of those around you, because their motivation impacts your life and the lives of your family. (Whatever impacts you, impacts your family.) Everyone does what they do for a specific reason. It may be a conscious or sub-conscious motivation. They may know their motivation (what motivates them) or they may not know. They may be just living, just moving through life, going nowhere fast on someone else’s motivation. Think motivation!

What is your motivation? What is the motivating force in your life? Be motivated in a positive direction. Be motivated!

Seek wisdom, so ignorance will flee from you. Seek knowledge to get understanding.

“If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, and one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?"

JAMES 2:15, 16 (KJV)

Clean living.  “Be ye holy, for I am holy,” says the Lord. That means living as holy a life as can be lived in these earthly bodies. We are human and we make mistakes from time to time. We all have our failings. Nobody is perfect. Nobody is perfect, but we can strive for perfection. We can and must be as holy as we possibly can be. We must aim to be like Jesus.

What does this mean in our everyday living? Let’s see. This means no stealing: no buying bootleg movies or CDs because this is stealing from artists and companies who have paid thousands and millions of dollars to produce the non-bootleg products. Stealing is stealing no matter how it is dressed up.

This means not taking computer software and copying the disks or loading the software on other computers for which they were not purchased. We cannot receive “hot” stolen products or services, i.e., electronic equipment, software, clothes, cable service, music, movies, food stamps, telephone service, etc. because there is something called “theft by receiving.”

We don’t have to do it, just because others are doing it. Sin is sin is sin. If it looks like sin and moves like sin, it is sin. If there is any doubt in our minds concerning our actions, thoughts or goods and services, which we receive, do the opposite of the wrong thing. Do the strong thing, not the wrong thing! Do the right thing, not the “bling, bling” thing. We don’t have to have it, just because we see someone else with it or we see it on TV.

God is moving on our prayers all the time.

"The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholdeth him with his hand."

PSALMS 37: 23, 24 (KJV)

Connections - 1. The enemies of the Almighty God, Jehovah want to keep our focus off of God, Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Family. As Pastor Nikola Dimitrov of Bulgaria reiterates, “distractions are our enemy.” Distractions and a redirection of our focus can come in the guise of possessions. Let’s say it is winter and we are outside with our heavy coat. We have a strong connection with that coat when we are outside. When inside and warm, our connection with that coat doesn’t seem as strong—but it is. Think conscious (awake), unconscious (asleep) and sub-conscious (always in operation; like our autonomic system--breathing, heartbeat, etc.)

When we have a fabulous house, a new car or a $500 watch, we are connected to those things. When we share the fact that we have these things or we show them off, we feel a strong connection with them at that moment. The strength of that connection, at that level doesn’t diminish, it just goes underground into our unconscious minds, working in our sub-conscious and having an effect until the next “show off” moment where we feel the power of it. You may be innocent as innocent can be, but stuff (materialism) is having its effect.

Materialism causes separation from the God Family. Our focus is more on taking care of our “stuff” than on God’s people, God’s business. Our focus is on getting more “stuff” than on our fellowship with God and reading His Word (Bible). Know this. Our connections impact one another. Our connections with “stuff” impacts our connections with people, with our spirituality, our peace, our joy, our desire, our families, etc. Make sure you have the right connections in your life!

We got to believe from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

"In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah."

PSALMS 62: 7, 8 (KJV)

The Christ - 1. Many people say that “Christ” is just a title for Jesus. The anointed one of the LORD is the Christ. As I search for the mysteries of God, I asked the Holy Spirit which is always with us to help me understand the issue with the Christ.

I began to wonder what was the full name of Jesus. What was Jesus’ name? What was His surname, His last name? Many people refer to Jesus as Jesus Christ, as though Christ is His last name. Christ is not the earthly last name of Jesus. Jesus grew up in a traditional Hebrew family and as such had names like those used by Hebrews during the times in which He lived.

The LORD allowed me to understand that Jesus is a physical being, a flesh man and that “the Christ” is a spiritual, supernatural being. Coming through the lineage of David in the tribe of Judah, Jesus was prepared from before birth to receive his Kingship as the Messiah of all known and unknown worlds. Jesus was a man who being perfectly prepared and divinely purposed, was able to receive “the Christ” in the form of a dove, when He was baptized in the Jordan river. Jesus being a flesh man, who knew no sin, was able to become the physical embodiment of God united in the flesh with “the Christ”.

Jesus, a man with the “Christ” indwelling, could do miracles, healings, and perform the perfect will of God in Spirit and in Truth. Like Jesus, we have to be as perfect as we can be and seek the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and the Christ, so we can have the physical manifestations of His Glory in His Creation.

Stop the fiery darts from the enemies of God with discernment. Monitor your words.

“And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

2 CORINTHIANS 12:9 (KJV)

No barriers. The only barrier between Heaven and us is ourselves! What lies between you and Heaven is "self". Only “self” can stop our salvation. The enemies of God, the devil, his family and friends cannot stop you even though they try!

They get us to create barriers in our lives, which hinder our spiritual growth and separate us from God and His Promises. Only we can stop ourselves from entering into the Promised Land. Our “flesh” is the vehicle on which the barrier “self” travels. Jesus, the Christ conquered that “flesh” barrier for us.

Nothing and no one can stand between God and us; not your brother, your mother, no one and nothing. The only thing that can stand between God and us is ourselves. The only thing, which can keep you out of Heaven, is you. We can be and often are our own worst enemies when we allow the enemies of God to prevail in our lives to our detriment and to the detriment of others. The enemies of Christ attempt to use us and our God-like qualities, which are an innate part of our beings to prevail against us. The enemies of God attack us, attempting to turn our minds, bodies and spirits against the power of God in us; to turn us against ourselves, individually and systematically.

Self can accept into our lives: unforgiveness of ourselves or others, a lack of faith, fear, our desire, focus on that big new house, or to be in the $100,000 club etc. These things can act as barriers. We must not allow that which has impacted our lives negatively to allow our minds to be polluted with iniquity. We must keep our hearts, minds and souls focused on the Lord.
