Be a Co-worker with God and Collect the
Fruit of His Harvest.
“When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them,
because they
were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
Then he
said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are
few.”
MATTHEW 9:36-37 (NIV)
“I sent you to reap what you have not worked
for.
Others have done the hard work, and you have reaped the
benefits of their labor.”
JOHN 4:38 (NIV)
Go
and preach the gospel
is the great commission given by
the Master of Salvation. “He said to them, “Go into all the world
and preach the good news to all creation.” Mark 16:15 (NIV) All
who have found salvation and found strength at the cross of Jesus
are obligated to preach the gospel to all the nations. Preaching the
gospel is not a choice to make. There is no option but to preach the
gospel. When we do this, we don’t help Jesus, rather He helps us to
do that. What a privilege it is to be a co-worker with the
missionary Son of God, the Father. The call is very simple and
common to all Christian.
The harvest is ripe and plentiful. To whom to preach? Where to go? –
Is not a problem. According to Jesus Christ, the harvest is no
problem. The real problem is the lack of workers. I don't think
there is any easier work than the Master’s work. The Master says
everything is done. We need not work hard in the field, simply go
and gather the harvest.
If you as a Christian believe that the harvest is plentiful, what
are you waiting for? Go and gather the fruit. Would you be the one
to join hands with other workers? If you cannot today, then you
cannot tomorrow either. If you are not going to do it now, are you
ever to do it? Never is not a choice. The harvest is ripe and
plentiful, and the Master requires the workers today—now. Come, let
us go together and gather the fruit. Amen.
GATHER THE FRUIT
Sandesh Raul
Evangelist, Missionary Independent Church
The spiritually
adventurous people love the swift currents and fast rivers,
because
there it doesn’t smell like a swampy, apathetic, stagnant, “none
moving” place.
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of
love, and of a sound mind.”
2 TIMOTHY 1:7 (KJV)
Many times we are afraid to
take our responsibility and
counter-attack the situations that attack our calling, destiny,
family, loved ones, ministry, job, or business. We are even more
afraid to take the challenge to attack first and breakthrough with a
pioneering anointing in the places where nobody else had broken
through.
The Lord though has not given us a spirit of fear. His Spirit is a
Spirit of power and might. That’s why, be bold, strong, and
courageous always. “Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor
dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is
with him: for there be more with us than with him: with him is an
arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to
fight our battles…” 2 Chronicles 32:7-8 (KJV)
God’s Spirit is also a Spirit of love. “He that loveth not knoweth
not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:8 Power without love can be
destructive and devastating. Always act with love. Faith works by
love, the Bible says. (Galatians 5:6) True and unselfish love should
always be our motive and the driving force behind all our actions.
Also, the spirit of God is a Spirit of sound mind. Don’t allow the
enemy to drive you crazy. You have the power (Acts 1:8) of
God in you. The love of
God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5) and
so, act from that conviction and spiritual status. Be absolutely
convinced that He will back you up when you go out with love as your
motive, being a witness as your focus, and being endued with His
power as your assurance. Signs, wonders, and miracles will follow
you wherever you go.

Under which light are you
living and viewing your world?
“I am come a light into the world,
that
whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.”
JOHN 12:46 (KJV)
You are children of the
Light. If you were under an X-ray, you
wouldn’t see the color of your shirt or dress, but only your bone
structure. What you’re wearing appears only as the color you see,
because you’re under white light. Not all the features of a currency
note can be observed under white light. More can be observed under
mercury light. There are different lights in the world. Therefore
things may not really look like they seem because it depends on the
light under which you see them. So which is the true light? The Word
of God is the true light.
You came to God through this light. Therefore, everything you are
and everything you have is from and in this light. We have a
complete redemption in Him. Some Christians will say “I have an
ulcer.” or “I have a fever.” or “I’m broke.” They say this because
they observe their situation under the light of the flesh. The Word
of God can influence the human spirit, soul, and body. It works like
a seed bringing forth results according to what the Bible talks
about. “And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as
hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some
thirty fold, some sixty, and some an hundred.” Mark 4:20 The
Word of God operates a higher and greater law than any other
operating in the world. “To the law and to the testimony: if they
speak not according to this word, it is because there
is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20
Some things are acceptable in the natural, but absolutely
unacceptable in the new realm we’re born into. Throw the light of
God’s Word on your body and situation. You will see by whose stripes
you are healed. (1 Peter 2:24) And the inhabitant of Zion
shall not say, I am sick. (Isaiah 33:24) He that raised up
Christ from the dead shall also quicken (restore to life, vitalize)
your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you. (Romans
8:11) Throw the True Light on everything you do. Let the Word of
God, the True Light be manifested in your life completely.

I Want More Of His Voice In My Ear . . .
More Of His Way In My Life!
“The sheep that are My own hear and are
listening to My voice; and I know them, and they follow Me”
JOHN 10:27 (Amplified)
I want to hear His voice
in the morning. I want to hear His voice in the night. The cry of my
heart is to hear His voice, to recognize His voice— the voice of my
lover – affirming me, encouraging me, loving me. God showed me that
if I want more of His voice, I must learn to recognize and listen to
His voice. His voice is not the voice of a stranger, but the voice
of a lover. As I listen to Him, I hear His heart. Out of the love
that comes from me, I lay down the striving to obey and in this new
walk of love, obedience to His will is the natural outflow. I don’t
have to struggle to obey. I don’t have to struggle to do anything!
Out of the loving relationship that develops because I hear the
voice of my Lover, obedience becomes a normal, natural part of life.
Someone once asked me, “How come you just obey?” I was surprised at
such a question. When I shared this with my nephew, he commented,
“Did you ask the person, ‘How come you are so disobedient?’” I’m
sure you will be glad to hear that I did not respond in this way.
Obedience comes out of our relationship. If we have a loving
relationship and truly love the Lord, we will willingly yield to the
voice and will of our Lover. Remember, it is not about us – it is
about Him. Yes, we all want to hear His voice BUT, remember He wants
to hear our voice. He wants to hear your voice, my voice. We think
selfishly about the big I – me – my – my demands – my wants – my
needs, but Jesus wants to have a love relationship with us, hearing
our voice as we share intimate things with Him. He wants to hear our
voice sharing and talking with Him in intimacy, proof that we are
loving our Lover. He wants us to know Him as the Shepherd. A
shepherd does not beat the sheep, but tenderly cares for them and
their needs. In Bible days, the shepherd knew every sheep and every
sheep knew its shepherd. The sheep didn’t respond to the voice of a
stranger, recognizing only the voice of the shepherd. Do you hear
the voice of your Shepherd? Your Lover? Do you recognize His voice?
The cry
of God’s heart is to hear our voice. He wants to hear our voice in
the morning, in the daytime, in the night. God is a God who hides
Himself, but He wants to reveal Himself to us. When we hear His
voice we know what to do, where to go, how to do it, and even when
to do it. There are few uncertainties when we hear His voice. When
He hears our voice He begins to trust us and hastens to share His
divine secrets with us. When did God last share His divine secrets
with you? It is my prayer that as you read this, you will come into
a new relationship where God shares His secrets and His heart with
you. My prayer too, is for God to do this more and more with me.

You have got to clean up what and who
surround your life.
“He who walks with the wise grows
wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.”
PROVERBS 13:20 (NIV)
Whatsoever you will become
in life is directly linked to your associates and environment. Your
friends play major roles in your life. Most of the things you do are
based on their influence whether or not you know it. They are either
instruments of promotion or instruments of demolition in your life.
Mostly, they are sources of information and the sources of ideas you
build your life upon and which you build your career around.
Beloved,
you have to select your friends and people that will surround your
life. Friendship is not by force but by choice. If you associate
yourself with failures, you will become like them. If you are
planning to have a good home as a man or woman, do not associate
with divorcees or people who do not have good homes. Many divorcees
will have no good story to tell you. “He that walketh with wise
men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be
destroyed.” PROVERBS 13:20 (KJV)
To succeed in life you need an atmosphere of success. You have to
create an atmosphere of untold possibilities, potential success, and
family joy by deliberately selecting friends that will help you to
make it happen in your life. Sit down to estimate people you have
come across; who you have allowed to come into your life. You will
see that they have definitely influenced your life one way or the
other, in innumerable ways—either positively or negatively—for the
good or for the bad. There are some people you have met of whom you
have prayed silently to God that He will not allow you to meet them
again. There are some people who you should be praying to God for
Him to introduce into your life. “He who walks [as a companion]
with wise men shall be wise, but he who associates with
[self-confident] fools will [be a fool himself and] shall smart for
it.” PROVERBS 13:20 (AMPLIFIED)
That is power of relationship! – The power of relationship with one
another and the power of relationship with God. A relationship with
God will only strengthen your life and allow you to grow in Him.
Always remember that an encounter with an individual can make or mar
your life. So beware of whom you relate with today. Shalom

“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived
that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they
realized that they had been with Jesus.”
ACTS 4:13 (NKJV)
So
often we feel isolated and lonely when God calls us to
walk with Him. You may wonder if you had made a mistake in your
decision to follow The Lord or go into ministry.
Because you are not like any other person, God will take you into a
journey that He has never taken any other person through. His plan
is to make you a wonder to the world. For to that purpose He made
you. Yes, God has given to the church, able ministers to bring us
His Word and introduce us to His Life.
However, it is only God who brings us to a place where we can speak
for Him. If you are going to make any meaningful impact in your
world you will need to be alone with The Lord. It is in this
aloneness that He will specially impart His life and nature into you
for impact in life. It is when you have learned to go away alone
with God that you will be able to draw from divine breath.
Jesus understood what these moments were. Each time He was about to
make a move to another level of ministry, He went out to be alone
with the Father. “Now it came to pass in those days that He went
out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to
God.” Luke 6:12 Such meetings with God made the ministry
effective.
Your time with the Father is the best spent time of your day; and
like with Peter, people will know that you have been with The Lord.
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying,
All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
MATTHEW 28:18 (KJV)
The Strongest Man Alive!
What person doesn’t need strength to endure the rigors of society
and the constant attack from our environment? Well, it is with
Tremendous Joy that I inform you that JESUS CHRIST has all the
strength you need to endure all of life’s circumstances. Any
situation can be solved by the Mighty Savior. HE’S felt our pain,
weaknesses, and shortcomings, yet HE endured without sin.
(Hebrews 4:15) JESUS was without a doubt incredibly strong. When
HE was about to be taken by “the hands of sinners” (Matthew
26:45) in preparation for HIS judgment by the people, HE could
have easily gotten away. (Matthew 26:53-54) Only, HIS
strength in the form of wisdom knew He must be persecuted for our
sakes. (Ecclesiastes 4:9)
As believers we have access to such Radiant Strength. In addition,
as believers we must want and constantly aim to activate and apply
this strength that we have through CHRIST JESUS. (Luke 9:1)
If you believe CHRIST is alive then you should also believe that HIS
strength is alive. Not only is HIS strength alive, but it is
awaiting Holy, Godly, Obedient Saints whom Love the Will of God more
than the Will of Self, or the Will of Man! Look within. Often people
don’t want strength because they are forced to give up a weakness
they enjoy!
Instead, realize that letting go of the pleasures of sin, which are
deceitful anyway (Hebrews 3:13), starts the process of
activating the Strength of CHRIST. True, we must wait until the
acceptable time for GOD to manifest our growth in Christ (2nd
Corinthians 6:2), but we must earnestly desire the strength to
purge everything from our beings that separates us from CHRIST RIGHT
NOW!

Christ Jesus wants a relationship with you,
just as you are, just as you now live.
“And they prayed, and said Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts
of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,”
ACTS 1:24 (KJV)
The Almighty God
has full knowledge of one’s heart. “Remember how the LORD your
God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble
you and to test you, in order to know what was in your heart,
whether or not you would keep his commands.” Deuteronomy 8:2
(NIV) Why should you hide from God when you sin? “And they say,
How doth God know? And is there knowledge in the most High?” Psalm
73:11 Mankind thinks God has no full knowledge of what is done
on earth. “The LORD God of gods, the LORD God of gods, he
knoweth…” Joshua 22:22 Some hide from the law enforcement
community after having committed a crime. Others run away from
friends, family, or workmates. Yet all that is done on earth is
clearly seen by God. “For the ways of man are before the eyes of
the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.” Proverbs 5:21
Physically my heart is enclosed in my chest, but according to the
Word of God nothing can be hidden from Him. “The eyes of the LORD
are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” Proverbs 15:3
Solicitors defend cases in courts, but in heaven all our sins are
clearly tabled. You cannot refuse whatever you committed. God judges
all mankind by our deeds. “All a man’s ways seem innocent to him,
but motives are weighed by the LORD.” Proverbs 16:2 (NIV) Here
on earth we judge a book by its cover. We look and judge what is on
the outside. Be wise. Judge not. Use the spirit to discern.
Never try to hide your sins from God. It is foolish to do that. God
does not sleep. “Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s
sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him
to whom we must give account.” Hebrews 4:13 (NIV) He is with you
before birth, after birth, and when you go to glory. “I
am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the
Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to
come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8 Let us remember daily
who God is. Tremble before Him. Submit to Him every second of your
life.

“The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom;”
PROVERBS 15:33 (KJV)
“There is a way which seemeth right unto a
man,
but the end thereof are the ways of
death.”
PROVERBS 14:12 (KJV)
In Luke 16:1-8, we see the story of a steward, who was accused of wasting the goods
of his master. When he found out that he was going to get fired, he
thought: “What am I going to do? I cannot dig, and am ashamed to
beg.” Then he thought up a clever plan how to win some friends by
canceling part of their debt towards his master. That, of course,
was not lawful, but he was commended by his master for doing so,
because of his ingenuity and inventiveness. The conclusion of the
Master (Jesus) that the sons of this age are more wise than the
children of light is what caught my attention. “And
the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely:
for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than
the children of light.” Luke 16:8
The world is offering many ways, systems, institutions,
organizations, and networks as to how to educate ourselves, so we
can be competitive on the world markets. Only the Lord though,
offers true wisdom and this is an investment for which we do not
have to pay anything. We must only believe. The Lord is promising
that if we are insufficient in wisdom, but ask of God without doubt,
He will give us wisdom. “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask
of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not;
and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing
wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with
the wind and tossed.” James 1:5-6 (KJV) We can ask wisdom about
anything. Isn’t our God over abundantly generous? Who else can give
you more?
“For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that
may be desired are not to be compared to it.” Proverbs 8:11

Stand fast in your belief that the
LORD will always be by your side.
“Then the LORD said unto Satan, “Have you
considered My servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth,
a blameless and an upright man, one that fears God, and shuns evil?
So Satan answered the LORD and said, “Does job fear God for nothing?
Have not you made a hedge around him, and around his household, and
around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of
his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. But now,
stretch out Your hand and touch all that he has, and he will curse
You to Your face!”
JOB 1:8-11 (NKJV)
Endure Hardship on a Bad
Day. The Bible says that we have to rejoice whether
things are good or bad. “My brethren, count it all joy when you
fall into various trials.” James 1:2 All these things happen to
all people in the same manner. If things are ok, we have to lift His
name on high. Should we backslide because of missing our daily
bread? No, it shouldn’t be like that, we have to imitate this
example of God’s servant Job, who said, “I came into this world with
nothing and I’ll die with nothing. May the name of God be
glorified.”
God’s servant Job, respected God, honored, and obeyed Him in every
thing. He didn’t only obey God when things were pleasant, but he
obeyed Him even without his riches in his uncomfortable period.
Therefore God was proud of him. God volunteered Job to be tested by
Satan. God knew very well that His servant would stand firm. God
knew that the love of Job was not based on the things he had. Though
he seriously faced all kinds of disasters, hardship, and affliction,
there was no reason for Job to deny his creator; rather he stuck to
his God in a special way.
The Bible makes us understand the difficulties that Job went
through. But in all these he said, “…Naked I came from my
mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and
the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD. In all
this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong. Job 1:21-22
(NKJV)
“And the LORD restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his
friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.”
Job 42:10 (NKJV)

Education will help a child know GOD,
live in God’s way,
move away from crime, and have good relationships
with others.
“For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and
understanding.”
PROVERBS 2:6 (NKJV)
Education is the key to
success. Every child needs education so that
he or she will understand the love of GOD, keep His commandments,
live in the paths which GOD has set before them, and love good
relationships with everyone instead of bad. “Teach me good judgment
and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.” Psalm 119:66
(KJV)
Our children suffer many things from the hands of satan because they
lack knowledge about GOD and lack the fear of GOD in them. “The fear
of the LORD is the beginning o knowledge: but fools despise
wisdom and instruction.” Proverbs 1:7 (KJV) What will make a child
from a Christian family become a drug addict, a criminal, or a
killer. It is because Christians truly know nothing about the Bible
and God. That is why they find themselves in one problem or another,
or one problem after another. “O fear the Lord, you His saints –
revere and worship Him! For there is not want to those who truly
revere and worship Him with godly fear.” Psalm 34:9 (Amplified)
When children are educated with a good strong Christian background,
what will make them be against GOD or against their neighbors? “For
the Law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of
our new being], has freed me from the law of sin and death.” Romans
8:2 (Amplified) Nothing gives freedom and peace in life than to love
JESUS and keep the law of GOD. Without this, there is no peace
because CHRIST is the Light and the Peace of the world; the
beginning and the end. “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the
ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to
come, the Almighty.” Revelation 1:8 Believe in Him and be saved.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt
believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9 May God and His Peace be with you all.
“But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay,
and thou
our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.”
ISAIAH 64:8 (KJV)
When Abraham lived
in Haran; when Isaac hadn’t married; when Jacob went to Padanaram;
when Joseph was brought to Egypt; when Moses lived in the desert;
when David wandered in the wilderness; when Apostles Peter and John
were casting a net into the sea of Galilee; when Apostle Paul was
persecuting Christians, they were not sure of their fate. “And
the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the
potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the
potter to make it.” Jeremiah 18:4
They didn’t know God had already chosen them to serve Him. But the
right time was not coming. Although they trusted in God, they were
not strong in spirit or of mind. So God arranged all kind of lessons
to strengthen their faith and heart. God is the craftsman and we are
vessels. How can the vessels say to the craftsman, why have you
built me like this? “Surely your turning of things upside down
shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of
him that made it, He made me not? Or shall the thing framed say of
him that framed it, He had no understanding?” Isaiah 29:16 We
Christians are more favorable than mortals (those who choose not to
live eternally). It is a great pleasure to become the vessels of
God.
We are sinners and merely dust. God can lift anyone up and also put
anyone to shame. Each Christian has special work for the Lord. God
will dispatch us different specific tasks for Him. “O house of
Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? Saith the LORD. Behold,
as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine
hand, O house of Israel.” Jeremiah 18:6 When you listen to Him
quietly, you will always hear His voice. God has predicted our
future. As sons and daughters of God, we must offer living
sacrifices to Him. Whether you are rich or poor, whether you are
single or married, you must serve Him, die for Him. You will
eventually enter the Kingdom of God. God has promised us eternal
life. What else in the world is worth us pursuing?
At the moment you believe in Jesus Christ, your flesh is dead. So
the most important thing in your life is to worship God alone and to
live with Him. Even if you die in a car accident tomorrow, you
should feel peace and joy. For your body had already died years ago.
An Angel will welcome you into Heaven. What a great glory! So today
we must live in faith, love, and hope. We must keep cautious in the
heart. With the help of the Holy Spirit, we could become strong in
heart and mind. Let us walk in the Light of the Lord. Let us run to
Heaven with all our efforts.
It’s not important how many things we have
started,
but how many we are able to finish.
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course,
I have
kept the faith:”
2 TIMOTHY 4:7 (KJV)
Everybody can start
something. True heroes though, are the ones that have
been able to finish it. It doesn’t take much to make a child. But
raising up a child is connected with the level of our commitment to
finish what we have started. Raising a child is a life-time
commitment.
Often as Christians, we are deceiving ourselves by measuring
our life with God according to the different activities which we
start and not according to the results of the activities we
complete. Our business with “good things” can be very misleading. If
we are busy with “something,” and turn back to see the progress of
that “something” and don’t see anything that remains of that
“something,” then maybe we should stop doing that “something.”
“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” Matthew 7:20
(KJV)
We must make the difference between the processes in which we
are involved and the fruit that we are bearing. We will be judged by
the fruit, and not by our activities.
The Fruit is the finishing phase. Jesus said, that He is the
Alfa and the Omega – He is a God not only of the beginnings, but
also of the endings. When He walked upon the Earth, part of His
mission was to make people whole, in other words, to help people to
see the things that God has started in them so they can finish them
completely.
“And so I am sure that God, who began this good work in
you, will carry it on until it is finished on the Day of Christ
Jesus.” Philippians 1:6 (Good News Bible)
When we are starting something, let us think not only of its
beginning, but also of it’s end.

We must be ever mindful of what things we go after.
By pursuing
them, we give way to conflict and misery; and may lose our joy and
peace.
“But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be
made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my
sister has left me to do the work by myself? Tell her to help me!”
“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset
about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen
what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.”
Luke 10: 40-42 (NIV)
This was the home of Martha, Mary, and Lazarus; in Bethany, near
Jerusalem. Both sisters were occupied. One was going after temporal
things (things with temporal values) and the other who was Mary was
occupied with the things of “Eternal values,” being in the presence
of Jesus, listening to what He had to say. She was going after
spiritual truth.
When you are in the presence of Jesus, eternal things take
prominence over things temporal. Eternal things are forever, while
temporal things are short-lived. “While we look not at the things
which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things
which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are
eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18
Martha was upset because of Mary’s choice to have fellowship with
Jesus. And she came to Jesus with a question. (See verse 40) “Lord,
don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself?”
Jesus told Martha that she was “worried and upset about many things”
verse 41. Jesus said to Martha that only one thing was needed. He
said that Mary had chosen what was better (Fellowship with Jesus)
and that “it will not be taken away from her.” (See verse 42)
Lord, help me not to choose the temporal things of this life with
which to be distracted, so that I may have fellowship with You and
receive things of eternal value. Amen.
When does a blessing look like, taste like, and feel like a
curse? When it is a curse.
“Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the
truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw
thyself.”
1 TIMOTHY 6:5 (KJV)
“The blessing of Jehovah, it maketh rich; And he addeth no sorrow
therewith.”
PROVERBS 10:22 (ASV)
Look how the Lord has
blessed me! I have a brand new top of the line
SUV. Of course it costs me $70 to fill the gas tank a week, but
that’s okay. And my insurance costs are out of this world and the
car payment is about $500 a month. Ain’t it a wonderful blessing!
The Lord let me get the car without a down payment. I got to get
another job so I can afford living like this. “The blessing of
the LORD brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.” Proverbs
10:22 (NIV)
Look how the Lord has blessed me. My children and I live in a
three-bedroom, $850 a month apartment. We each have a separate
bedroom. I don’t know how I am going to pay the rent each month, but
I know that God will provide. Ain’t God good to me. I wonder who is
going to bring me some food by here so we won’t go hungry. “Yahweh’s
blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.” Proverbs
10:22 (WEB)
The Lord has blessed me with a promotion to Vice President of a
major corporation. I work about 60-75 hours a week. I get plenty of
vacation time, but I haven’t had a real vacation in three years. My
third wife is threatening me with divorce and my step-daughter has
run away from home twice. And I don’t want to talk about my rebel
son. I am making over $100,000 a year—isn’t life great! I hope the
Lord don’t let me have another heart attack. “The blessing of the
Lord, it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it, neither
does toiling increase it.” Proverbs 10:22 (Amplified Bible)
The Lord has blessed my boyfriend and I to move into a two-bedroom
apartment together. God don’t mind us “shacking up” (living
together) because He wouldn’t have let us have two months free rent.
So isn’t it wonderful how much the Lord loves us, because look how
He is blessing us. I hope this move will get my boyfriend to stop
seeing other women and focus on me. And maybe this will give him
incentive to get a job. I hope I get a promotion so I can pay for
this apartment. “The Lord’s blessing is our greatest wealth. All our
work adds nothing to it!” Proverbs 10:22 (Living Bible)
When does a blessing not look like a blessing? When is a blessing
from satan and not the Lord? When does satan send something that
looks like a blessing? How do you know if a blessing is truly a
blessing? “The blessing of Jehovah -- it maketh rich, And He addeth
no grief with it.” Proverbs 10:22 (YLT)

“Give no thought to the things which are past; let the early times
go out of your minds. See, I am doing a new thing; now it is
starting; will you not take note of it? I will even make a way in
the waste land, and rivers in the dry country.”
ISAIAH 43:18-19 (BBE)
Nature has horror and joy on
the same stage. In the same vacuum one
will find there are two parallels in this world: woman or man, the
badly or the good, empty or filled, God or Satan, life or death,
bonds or free, high or low, madness or wise. And these two things
can never cohabit in the same space and time. There is no relation
between light and darkness and no communion between Christ and the satan. When one is present, the other is missing; not being present
together. There is a saying, “The heart of a man, woman, or child
can never be empty. It is always occupied by something.” This
something, this occupier depends on the owner who decides what they
will allow to cultivate in them. The future and the past are opposed
and never cross. Such is true, but this is not the problem. The
problem is that God made us a promise of peace and not of
misfortune; for He made for us a future of hope. “But my God shall
supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ
Jesus.” Philippians 4:19 (KJV) And this promise will not be able to be
achieved if we still have many things (from our past) anchored in
our spirits which are not of this promise in our lives, thoughts and
hearts.
A barrel full and overflowing will not be able to receive anything
else. Something more cannot go in unless one empties it of its
contents. It is the same with our spirits because any truth is
parallel. We should not any more remember the old events in our
lives which constitute our current blessing blockers and create
barriers which are difficult to surmount. The failures,
disappointments, and the weaknesses which we are remembering in our
lives constitute very dangerous elements which undermine our faith
preventing our spiritual, social, and economic progress. It is
necessary to have courage, the foundation, and understand we must
eliminate them in our unconscious, thought, and our lives all day
long by a dedication and especially by the power of Christ Jesus.
We
should not throw out the basket. But it is necessary to completely
empty the basket of any trace of past recordings in the memory and
the heart. The Bible says to us to keep our hearts preciously, even
against jealously. It is right for this reason because the life and
death have their source in our hearts. To enjoy the promises of our
Father, El Shaddai in our connection with one another, let us take
care to strip things past. Bad memories are only traps of the enemy.
“Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land,
and verily thou shalt be fed. Delight thyself also in the LORD; and
he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto
the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he
shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment
as the noonday.” Psalms 37:3-6 (KJV)

El Shaddai will bring defeat into our
lives to line us up with His Divine Wisdom.
“…he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into
their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up. The Lord hath
trodden under foot all my mighty men in the midst of me…”
LAMENTATIONS 1:14-15 (KJV)
Jeremiah’s
lamentation over Jerusalem’ misery. Of all the cities in
the world, none was more favored than Jerusalem; for it had the
privilege of being the place God choose to dwell. The nation of
Israel had been blessed and protected by God. But because of their
sin and their rejection of His word, they forfeited their privilege
of representing the God of creation and enjoying the blessings He
wanted to give them.
Their great loss could not be blamed on king Nebuchadnezzar and his
Chaldean armies for they were only the instruments God used to carry
out His purpose. “But if ye turn away, and forsake my statutes
and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and
serve other gods, and worship them; Then will I pluck them up by the
roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which
I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will
make it to be a proverb and a byword among all nations. And
this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one
that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done
thus unto this land, and unto this house? And it shall be answered,
Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods,
and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all
this evil upon them.” 2 Chronicles 7:19-22 (KJV)
Too often we blame our “defeats” on people, not realizing that God
sometimes brings circumstances into our lives to mold us according
to His perfect wisdom. When we complain about the justice of God, we
reveal our ignorance of His word and of God himself. In order to
overcome defeat, we must see our rebellion against a Holy God. We
must recognize that our purpose for living is to make God known to
the world. “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye
do, do all to the glory of God.” 1 Corinthians10: 31

“Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein
have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are
cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me… Bring ye all the
tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine
house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I
will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a
blessing, that there shall not be room enough to
receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for your
sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground;
neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the
field, saith the LORD of hosts. And all nations shall call you
blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the LORD of
hosts.”
MALACHI 3:8-12 (KJV)
There are three main
reasons why we should give our tithes, our
offerings, our time, and our everything to the Lord!
1. Because God’s Word says so. God’s Word is our Foundation of
life. It’s our Rock. If the Word says something, it should be as
a law to us. That will show our obedience to the Lord!
2. Because the Lord has made a covenant with us. Abraham gave to
Melchizedek even before there was a law of the tithe. (Genesis
14:17-20) He gave because of the covenant. Melchizedek was a
representation of the Lord then. Now, Jesus is our Melchizedek –
He is our High Priest. We have a covenant with Him. He has given
His life for us. He has given His best. So, it should be the
most natural thing on our part to give ourselves to Him
completely. That will show our covenant relationship with the
Lord!
3. Because we are a part of God’s House. Naturally, if we are
living in a rented house, we will never want to invest anything
to make it look better, because we know it will never be ours.
Even, when we go out, we take all our belongings with us. So as
in God’s House – when we live in it as if we are living in a
rented House, we will not want to invest in it. If we belong to
the Body of Christ though, and consider God’s House our home, we
will gladly give everything. That will show our commitment not
only to the Lord, but also to His Body – His House – The Church!

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that
ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound
to every good work:”
2 CORINTHIANS 9:8 (KJV)
Our God is Able “…to
do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to
the power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20 Whatever condition
you find yourself in, God is able to deliver you from the bondage.
“And they made their lives better with hard bondage, in mortar,
and in brick, and in all manner of service in the field: all their
service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour.”
Exodus 1:14 (KJV)
Have you ever found yourself under bondage? Or have you ever gone
through civil crisis or find yourself in exile? It is a very
terrible thing to be in bondage or in exile. Whenever you pray,
always remember to pray for all those that find themselves caught up
in trouble spots around the world like us in Liberia, West Africa.
Pray that God will protect and deliver us from the hands of ungodly
men and women. Always be ready to extend a helping hand to someone.
“And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for
charity shall cover a multitude of sins.” 1 Peter 4:8 I
tell you Christian brothers and sisters, God is able to do
exceedingly great things.
The crisis in Liberia sent me into exile, but it was God’s Goodness
and His Love for His children that carried me through. God is able
to deliver you from every thing He does not choose us to suffer.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in
health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2 (KJV) When I
was in exile, things were really tough, but God always proved to me
that He is able. Running a Ministry for kids in exile where there
are no funds is difficult, but God is always there for us. So
Christian friends keep trusting God and know that He is able.
“Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling, or
slipping, or falling and to present [you] unblemished
(blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory – with
unspeakable, ecstatic delight – in triumphant joy and exultation, to
the one only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory
(splendor), majesty, might and dominion, and power and authority,
before all time and now and forever – unto all the ages of eternity.
Amen – so be it.” Jude 1:24-25 (AMP)
Or future To-days’ past or past To-morrows’
To-days?
“Wisdom is the principal thing;
therefore get wisdom:
and with all thy getting get understanding.”
PROVERB 4:7 (KJV)
“Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom:
I am understanding; I have strength.”
PROVERB 8:14
(KJV)
Process the process.
We all look to one another for advice, information, direction, hope,
acceptance, encouragement, sympathy, compassion, confirmation,
gentleness, strength, comfort, suggestions, love, ideas, and
myriad other reasons. We do this either consciously or
subconsciously. We look to each other in an effort to understand
ourselves and to confirm, accept, or reject our beliefs, thoughts,
and many of our plans for the future. “Every purpose is
established by counsel…” Proverb 20:18 We are social creations
of YAHWEH, and as such we look to other people as we proceed through
the process of living. Do not forget the LORD in this process.
“Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in
they latter end. There are many devices in a man’s heart;
nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.” Proverb
19:20-21
We often look for someone to be there so we can process life; life’s
issues, life’s challenges, life’s shortfalls, life’s triumphs. We
all need a friend, a mother, a father, a brother, or a sister to be
there for us. Whether it be mentally, physically, or spiritually;
personally, individually, impersonally, or corporately; at moments
when we need someone the most, they help us understand where we
stand. Or often they simply let us explain the situation to them
which allows us to receive clarity. Maybe they help us find
definitions which help us reach the explanations we sometimes so
desperately seek. “Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so
doth the sweetness of a man’s friend by hearty counsel.” Proverb
27:9
Whether yelling for us at a sports event, sitting quietly at a music
recital, an understanding nod from across the room, or affirming
tones from across the globe; we all need someone with whom to talk
to who can help us understand and make sense of our daily
surroundings. “Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in
the multitude of counsellors they are established.” Proverb 15:22
We all need someone to hold our hands and be there if we fail. Or
someone who understands you could not handle that situation. Or
someone to say, “No, I think that is a bad idea.” “Iron
sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”
Proverb 27:17
Life will surely offer us a daily dose to process, both positively
and negatively, whether perceived or real. The question is how will
you process the process? Who is helping you process the process?
“Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for
their labour.” Ecclesiastes 4:9 (KJV) We can see children as
they grow physically and we know that they are growing up, but we
cannot see people maturing on the inside becoming the people they
should become. If we don’t have someone with whom to discuss our
“process,” often we never process the process. Or worse, our
processing is flawed; leaving us in a lace of mental, spiritual,
and/or physical stagnation. “The counsel of the LORD standeth for
ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.” Psalm 33:11
(KJV)

The words you rehearse and the thoughts you
meditate upon
are the spirits that control your destiny.
“And the ones that fell among thorns those who, when they have
heard, go out and are chocked with cares, riches, and pleasures of
life, and bring no fruit to maturity.”
LUKE 8:14 (NKJV)
Each time we get
into the conscious presence of the Lord, be it in a Sunday service,
a mid-week class, a prayer meeting, or just a fellowship with the
brethren, God always has something to deposit in our spirits for our
good. It is such deposits that produce the life of the spirit in us.
Our understanding of this truth will guide how we respond to God’s
seed in us and determine what we do with our destiny. What do you do
at the end of a meeting in church? Is it your habit to visit with
the brethren each time church is over? This is a very healthy habit
that can either be used to accelerate your spiritual progress and
thereby enhance your destiny or can become the very hindrance to
your overall growth.
How so often we have allowed the enemy to snatch the word away from
us because, rather than discuss the word we received in the service,
we talk about the football game, or some basketball game, or some
irrelevancies that would not bring any long term benefit to us, but
would rather immediately take away from our minds the word that was
preached. It could however be that you are talking with sister Suzy
who has just been in an accident and this is good. But rather than
talk about those drunk drivers it would be more helpful to Suzy if
you showed her how the word of God for that day would help her
through the situation .It could have been worse but God saw her
through.
When you allow your mind to be overtaken by other things which are
of course very temporary in nature, you allow the cares of life and
the pleasures of life to choke the word and kill the seed that would
have brought you to your destiny. The whole exercise of going to
church that day would have become an exercise in futility. The word
of God admonishes us thus: “Take heed what you hear.
With the same measure you use it; it will be measured to you;
and to you who hear more will be given. For whoever has, more
will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be
taken away from him.” Mark 4:24-25 (NKJV) Notice that this
having or loosing is tied to ones attitude to the word of God. Let
us learn to celebrate the word of God each time it comes to us that
we may prosper in it.
“[I assure you] by the pride which I have in you in
[your fellowship and union with] Christ
Jesus our Lord,
that I die daily [I face death every day and
die to self].”
1 CORINTHIANS 15:31 (AMP)
Paul said, “I die daily!”
Dying to self. Daily death – not weekly or monthly, or
even occasionally. Daily – every day of his life! When used in this
manner, the dictionary defines it as “constant, regular, continual,
perpetual, all of the life!” Paul’s earnest desire was that the life
of Christ would come forth in him, that he would be a reflection of
the life and glory of Jesus.
My prayer is, “More, Lord. More Lord. More death in my life. Dying
to what I want! Dying to what I think! Dying to what I say! Dying to
my opinions! Death to self; dying that His life will come forth in
me.”
Because He died for me on a cross, His glory will be seen in me as I
allow His death to work in my life. His death on the cross was
painful! It was lonely! It was costly! His death on the cross was
agonizing! His death on the cross was brutal! He was separated and
cut off from God! He was abandoned by man! The life that I now live
will be the life of the Son of God lived out through me. His death
in my life will produce power. This will produce my death! You see
Jesus wants the “I” in me to die. I have to die to I - me - my! His
death is at work in me. His death bringing forth His glory, bringing
forth His anointing, bringing forth all He is and was. The life of
Christ is now lived through me. Pressure, pain and problems are the
nails that pin me to the cross!
Do you have pressure in your life? Do you have problems? Do you have
pain? Sometimes these elements are there for us to submit to. They
are to pin us to the cross so that the life of the cross may come
forth in my life, in your life. We are to lay down our rights just
as Jesus did. Jesus had no rights! We are to have the same attitudes
as He did. By submitting to Him, I allow these ‘negatives’ to do a
deep work in me, thus bringing death to myself!
“Except the grain of wheat fall in the
ground and die . . .”! (John 12:24) – it’s all about
death. Death is a must. We are to take up the cross daily. There is
no glamour in the cross. This was the most painful way to die. The
crucified one was gasping for breath. They literally suffocated Him
to death. When we are walking the way of the cross, we are gasping
for the breath of life! But when His life comes forth in our death,
we are pouring out His life through our death. Can you understand
that? His life flows because we die to self, and out of that
intimacy there is much fruit. Many seeds come forth when the grain
of wheat dies. There is more of His life in my death – the life of
Christ in me. I am a new creation in Christ because I have His life
in me. I die to self that His life, the life of the Son of God, is
made manifest in me!
Do you want more of His life in your death? I do! What is your
answer?
We are in a great, the most important, holy,
sacred, warm,
and loving relationship with God, our
Heavenly Father, and it is awesome!
“....And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son,
Jesus Christ. This is the message we have heard from him and declare
to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. But if we
walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with
one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all
sin.”
1 JOHN 1:3, 5, 7 (NIV)
WHAT A FELLOWSHIP!
If as Christians, and Leaders, we love our Spouses, our family
members, our friends, our neighbors, and all people, we are living
in the light, and we will have fellowship with one another. We will
respect all human life, will be co-operative with other Leaders from
other denominations, and we will be helpful to one and all
especially to those of the “household of faith.” We will practice
righteousness, meditating on the Word of God, spending time with God
in prayer, and fellowshipping with other believers. If you claim to
be a Christian, who does not love others, and you are trying to
compete with others, and you are withdrawn from fellowship with
other believers, then it tells us that you would still be walking in
darkness, and need to be cleansed. “If we confess our sins, he is
faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from
all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
Seeing then that Jesus’ BLOOD was shed for us giving us the
opportunity to receive His forgiveness and cleansing as we repent of
our sin and wrong doing. It behooves us then to daily walk in His
light, enjoying fellowship with God and with one another.
God’s love for each of us is measureless and we are “ONE” in Christ.
“I have given them the glory that you gave
me, that they may be one as we are one. I in them and you in me. May
they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you
sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.” John
17:22-23 Since Christ’s blood was shed for us and He has shared
His love within our hearts and have made us one with Him, should we
not cherish the Privileged fellowship with the Father and with the
Son?

“Are you so foolish? After beginning with the Spirit, are you
trying to attain your goal by human effort?”
GALATIANS 3:3 (NIV)
Many religious gatherings
suffer in vain! Thousands of Christian clubs, Associations,
Brotherhoods, as well as Churches, and Ministries suffer in vain!
Why? Because they quite simply have thrown aside the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit has been thrown out of their gathering and they have
given free court to their own philosophies, their own theories,
their own sciences, their own principles, their own doctrines, or
those of the group or organization.
Beloved, at the point where we arrived (into the faith), we must
re-learn. We must learn to subject ourselves to the Spirit as we
subjected initially. We must accept to drop our “me,” and to learn
that so much (too much) is little. Too much is not gain. Our “me,”
our good direction with ourselves, our focus on ourselves must be
“No,” and the energy we place on ourselves must be transformed to
say “yes, LORD, your servant whom Your will has made is willing and
able to follow Your Commands.” Each time we put ourselves forward,
let us know that we will miss the Holy Spirit. Each time we put
ourselves forward and the Holy Spirit backward we will miss God,
because we are not where we are supposed to be. “ME” and the HOLY
SPIRIT are never in the same enclosure, in the same place at the
same time!
It is especially important for us as leaders of Christian groups
that with each meeting we make “the Call,” and invite “the Presence”
of the Holy Spirit. We must put aside the presence of our deacons
and deaconesses, the presence of the influential members of the
group and the presence of “me” in ourselves or our presence as a
“Large Leader.” We must make sure that It is there: the Holy Spirit!
This principle also applies to our devotional family within large
gatherings. Thus begin each meeting of Christians with the “Register
of Call;” marked initially by the presence at the Holy Spirit before
even reading the Order of the Day. Never meet when the Holy Spirit
is missing; when the Holy Spirit is not present!

Let us pray for one another and for the sins
of the world.
“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one
another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a
righteous man avails much.”
JAMES 5:16 (NKJV)
Children of God,
as the world remembers those who passed away from the deadly HIV
virus & AIDS, let us pray and ask God to help those with this
problem. Many orphans and less privileged children are suffering and
later will be dying without drugs which could help them. Only God
can heal the world from this problem. “Have mercy on me, O LORD,
for I am weak; O LORD, heal me, for my bones are
troubled. My soul also is greatly troubled; but You, O LORD—how
long?” Psalm 6:2-3 (NKJV)
May the Lord Jesus hear our prayers and heal the world now
and forever. Amen. Children of God, please let everyone seek God’s
help and pray for those with HIV & AIDS for at least one hour a day
once a week. Satan has rebels who have marked people for death.
Millions are very sick and millions have already passed away;
millions of children. “My eyes overflow with rivers of water for
the destruction of the daughter of my people. My eyes flow and do
not cease, without interruption, till the LORD from heaven looks
down and sees.” Lamentations 3:50 (NKJV)
Millions of orphans live with this disease and they have
committed no sins before they got this illness. “For the eyes
of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their
prayers; but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”
1 Peter 3:12 Children are suffering. People are very sick. Satan
is mocking us. Why in our suffering have we abandoned God and why
in your abundance have you abandoned us? “The LORD looks down
from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there are any who
understand, who seek God.” Psalm 14:2 Death is everywhere around
us. There is no cure for this yet. Scientists and doctors are
confused. The only cure is to accept Jesus and keep the
Commandments. “Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me,
and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.” Jeremiah 17:14
God is able and all power belongs to Him. Let us commit our
suffering to Him and He will protect us. He protects the animals and
the birds. Why are we people who are made in His image dying? Is it
because we don’t obey Him and Satan uses us as he likes? Pray for
our loved ones concerning this situation and ask God to heal them.
Let us stop our sins. “For the wages of sins is death, but
the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 6:23 (NKJV) My prayer and hope is for Jesus Christ to
heal the world. Amen.

You can be what you want to
be if you can have time with God.
“I will instruct you and teach you the way you
should go;
I will counsel you with My
eye upon you.”
PSALM 32:8 (NAS)
Honey, God is indispensable
in your journey to greatness and joy in life. This is
because He knows what you don’t know about yourself. He knows your
potentials, skills, and talents which are even hidden to you.
“For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD, plans
for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11 (NAS) In His Presence you can easily discover who
you are and the special ability He has placed in you. For example, I
never thought that I could write a book. But through my fellowship
with God, I was told by the Father that I would write books that
will put an end to miseries in many lives. Since that glorious day I
have been writing books. “And I will multiply on you man and
beast; and they will increase and be fruitful; and I will cause you
to be inhabited as you were formerly and will treat you better than
at the first. Thus you will know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 36:11
(NAS)
Wow! Great and hidden things which you have not known await you in
His presence. Great mysteries and solutions to problems of your life
will be unearthed in His Presence. You need instruction and
counseling – go to His Presence. His instruction and counsel are
perfect and lead to joy and untold success. Allow Him into your life
and you will see, how pleasurable it is to fellowship with God. You
can start with Him today. He is waiting for you even now. Just turn
to Him, Jesus is beside you. “…and lo I am
with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:20

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of
Egypt,
out of the house of slavery;
you shall have no other gods before me.”
EXODUS 20:2-3 (KJV)
Among human sins,
the severest sin is pride. Pride is a wall which separates us from
God’s love and grace. Because of pride, we look but see nothing. We
listen but hear nothing. We conceive but understand nothing. Because
of pride, we have created many idols which are soulless and
lifeless. God is Almighty but we do not fear Him. We continue to
produce idols—we have thrown out the old ones and make new idols.
Essentially, we only worship ourselves. “Therefore pride serves
as their necklace; violence covers them like a garment.” Psalm 73:6
(NKJV)
With the development of science, we have not sculptured for the sun,
the moon, or the animal any more. We sculpture for ourselves: from
Lenin’s body in Moscow to Chairman Mao’s body in China; from Bill
Gates to Michael Jordan. Celebrity worship is a phenomenon spreading
all over the world. There is much about celebrities on TV and in the
newspapers every day. People all want to live that life. It is
self-worship. “Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.” 1
Corinthians 10:14 (NKJV)
We are satisfied with this sinful joy and we do not realize we are
going to the hell step by step. We are pushed to fame, wealth,
power, and sex and we don’t know we are pitifully chasing with the
wind of pride. My friend, If you are doomed to die tomorrow, what
should you do? Who can save you? Yourself? Your idols or your
family? Which will be with you forever? Your wealth? Your fame or
your power? All is vanity and you are but a breath. Can you face
death peacefully without fear and regret? It is a serious problem
you need to consider or reconsider.
Thanks to Jesus Christ, the only truth and light in the world; those
who believe in Him shall not die, but shall live eternally. (John
6:51; 8:24) My dear friend, undo all your burdens and deny
yourself. Repent and the kingdom of God is coming to you. Nothing is
better than this good news. Only repentance could blow yourself off.
(2 Corinthians 7:10) Only repentance could please God and get
close to Him. (Acts 5:31) Only repentance could make you see
God’s glory and grace.
So come out of Egypt, leave Babylon, leave everything including
yourself. God is waiting for you in heaven. Carry on your cross to
follow Him. You shall enjoy the glory of God if you hold on to the
end. (Matthew 10:22; Revelation 2:26) God is love. (1 John
4:8)
You have chosen to be where you
are—Consequences follow.
“If it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day
whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that
were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites in
whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the
LORD.”
JOSHUA 24:15
(KJV)
There is nothing that is
holding you there but you—wherever you may
be. You may be living with your mother who you are connected to
because of some childhood trauma which you both experienced
(something she put you through or vise versa). But there is nothing
holding you in that situation but you. You may have demons attacking
you in your mind, in your heart, attacking your spirit, attacking
you at work, at home, or at school, but you have decided, you have
made a choice to be where you are to respond to what is attacking
you the way you are responding. You are acting the way you are
acting, being depressed, despondent, none caring, angry, bitter,
mad, or however you are because you have made a decision to be that
way, act that way, or to stay that way.
You may say, “Anthony, I suffer from real depression.” I say yes,
because you have chosen to handle your business a certain way and
now you are dealing with the consequences of your choice. Make some
choices right now that will change your situation (turn it around).
You may be living in an abusive situation, taking verbal abuse,
psychological abuse, or physical abuse; but you have decided to live
in that situation. You have a choice. It is less painful to get out
of a painful situation than to stay in it. Don’t accept any excuse
to allow your choices to be negative which only continue you in the
consequences of your negative choices.
Maybe it is time to put a bridle on our children. Perhaps if we get
control now, give them so “good” direction and examples, stop them
from looking at television (or video games) every moment they are
awake, we can keep them in school, out of detention, slow down
teenage pregnancy, keep our children out of prison, and get them
participating as honest, productive, and positive citizens in the
world community.
Your boss, an abusive employee, or flirtatious boss may be giving
you a difficult time at work. They may be making your life
unbearable at work; but because you have decided to have a $1,500
mortgage, $500 car payment, buy the “best” clothes and food from the
“best” stores, your choice has you living and working in a lifestyle
of which God doesn’t approve. Now what is God going to do? He is
going to send His Son JESUS and the HOLY FAMILY to straighten you
out.
So when you ask GOD, why you are going through what you are going
through—evaluate your decisions—your choices—to determine if it is
God sending you through this OR is it your “SELF” sending “YOU”
through a self-induced hell, up your mountain of trouble, over your
hurdles of circumstances, or through your valley of pain. Better
choices, lead to better lifestyles. “Be ye holy for I am holy.” 1
Peter 1:16

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the
evidence of things not seen.”
HEBREWS 11:1 (KJV)
HOPE and TRUST. I hope to see the New Heaven and the New Earth. The
trust the word of God which tells me this. I have no idea how these
two will look. I believe one day by God’s grace the New World will
come. If you ask in prayer for a car, believe God has provided it to
you. After your prayer, wait for God. Do not doubt in your mind and
say, “God is taking too long. I am going now to buy the car that I
requested from God.” (Be patient, prepare, and live in expectation
while waiting on the LORD. Psalm 78:19-22)
People find it easy to talk to people. Find it easy to talk to God.
When you speak to God you must know without a doubt that your needs
are provided for. Now learn to speak to God first before you speak
to people. “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy
paths.” Proverb 3:6 Mankind cannot provide you with anything unless
God allows. If you are sent to preach in a foreign country, do not
say in your mind, “How do I go? How do I talk to foreign people?
What do I eat?” Say, “Yes, LORD, I will go. Where do I go and when
do I leave?”
When you have a problem, pray about it and give it to God. Have
faith that the problem is solved. (Look for the solution; God has
given it because you asked.) “For verily I
say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou
removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his
heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come
to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Mark 11:23
Understand the word. Hope and faith work hand in hand. Why should
you doubt after you send your prayers to the Almighty. God is
everything. Have courage in Jesus Christ. Fear not. There is no
other God other than Him. I am surprised to see and hear brothers
and sisters who carry their own thoughts after prayers. Be close to
God and live by faith. (Romans 1:17) In your prayers have hope.
Never give up. Remember Jesus Christ is the Way and the Truth.
Whatever you do in Spirit and Truth is accepted by God.

A blessing is something that
you do. Go bless someone!
“No one can
serve two masters.
Either he
will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the
one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.”
MATTHEW 6:24 (NIV)
It’s wonderful to
know that people wait to help and to serve
God when only they are blessed. (People wait until they are blessed
to serve God and to help others.) And that is the reason people wait
and wait and wait for their blessings and the blessed life. People
are waiting for the blessed life and the answers to their prayers so
they can bless others and God. God has already blessed you to be a
blessing. Just be the blessing that you are and watch God multiply
your blessing others. So, do you want the blessed life? All most all
believers want is a blessed life. They wait for their blessing and
they wonder why the blessing is not coming. Many believers spend
their entire lives just waiting for the blessing. Just imagine an
entire lifetime comes to an end just waiting and doing
nothing—waiting and doing nothing but waiting.
I have a friend here in India, who has been waiting
for God’s blessings for the last 2+ years. And he says he has to
wait more years when I ask him to join me in ministry. He gets 10
times more money than I get for my ministry from my parents and
friends. He needs something more again (there is always something
more that he needs), whereas I have not much to give away, I give
cheerfully. By God’s grace I helped a guy who is in a Bible college.
There are countless people waiting just like that—not knowing that
they are blessed. Friends a blessing is not something you wait for—a
blessing is something you do. Go bless someone if you want a life of
blessings. Get started right now blessing others. “…It
is more blessed to give than receive.” Acts 20:35 Start
blessing and your life will be blessed. Don’t wait for the blessing
to come. You have already been blessed by God. Let us start having a
blessed life to bless others and to keep blessing. Serve the Lord
and the money will come for you to bless others. You are blessed to
serve Him. Amen!
YOU ARE BLESSED!
